I shop here at least a couple time a week they pretty much have everything you need
The staff are all very nice and helpful

I have been shopping here for over 30 years.time to Goto cliff street with helpful and polite staff with an actual owner who is present in the store, rather than let young people who have no idea or skills for this position (All male staff would rather talk to each other then serve customers-customer service is not present incthis store). New owners only care about cheap wages not about their customers.sad.previous owners and staff were amazing and very welcoming. Need new staff and an actual manager. How many other items are they overcharging their customers? For weeks they have been advertising cigarettes at special price and have been overcharging by a $1. I have enquired why and young lad this morning said.not my problem prices change.
Well you are clearly ripping customers off by false advertising.no refund or apology. This store has gone downhill. Time to support another local IGA. They clearly don't want out business.

Fantastic little store the customer service is so friendly & the staff love to have a laugh I always leave this Store with a smile on my face

Clean presentation, variety of product choices, accessible. Street parking available and small carpark directly opposite store.

Since new owner its gone to over priced on everything there way too over priced is gone and trust me its not worth your money it was once not now we all miss the old owners but the new rip offs who charges sooo much just $70 for tobacco.

Not to be an Eco-Karen, but you guys use so much single use plastics for packaging literally everything.come on it’s 2021

The owner of this IGA can stuff a pickle up his bottom. Rude and abusive to his customers, so much for support local… I’d rather drive 20 minutes to a different IGA then deal with their attitude.

The owners of this place are agressive and out of place. I would never shop there again, if the owners have a delusion that you're stealing for some reason without any proof or indication, they humiliate you and send you out! I've read other reports of this below.
The woman owner goes to the extent of exiting the store to yell at me if I go past the store to the Post Office as I live locally. Scary and horrible management.

Shop here regularly and spend money to support locals BUT never again after the way my wife was treated tonight.
Was told she was a lady in a photo who is of interest to them. They came to this conclusion as the lady in the photo had a grey beach bag and my wife uses a grey bag made of an old curtain her neighbour made her. Two different bags but they made her feel like a common thief.
After this devastating experience I will never shop there and neither will any of my neighbours and friends.
Word of warning to all, it doesn’t matter if you work and pay your bills and obey the law, the lady behind the counter can make you feel like a common thief within seconds.
Worst of all No Apology.

Friendliest people who own this place.

Was a loyal customer that happily spent the extra $ daily for the convenience of their hours and location untill a staff member accused me of trying to steal a bunch of REDUCED bananas and banned me from the store! I was with my daughter who at the time was little and had been moving things around in the trolley/my bag! I had money and tried to pay, only to be told to leave and since refused service! I used to spend upwards of $50 most days, why would I try to steal. 99cent bananas! Weird, rude staff!

And if U put ice cream back in the fridge instead of the freezer because U can't afford it when U go in to buy dinner a week later refuse to Surve U and ban U from the store if U don't have the money to pay for it then and there
Tried to go back in when I had the money and they refused to let me pay for the product.

Always friendly and helpful. Have a Foodland the same distance from our house, nearly always use the IGA though as they have much better service, prices and range.

Great IGA, just undergone a renovation and is looking fabulous. Great variety of produce and fresh fruit and veg. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Prices are extremely high! Drive down a bit further to Camden Park and you'll find LOWER prices. For example, $3.00 for Primo Salami, Camden Park sell for $1.99. Won't be coming back based on their pricing.

Great place to shop. The staff are all so very helpful, polite and courteous. Always smiling Phoebe goes above and beyond to help customers.

The staff are so friendly and always go a extra mile I have never had a bad experience in the shop
