Great little shop with lots of things you wouldn't expect. Like Jammie dodgers yum and their dohnuts are absolutely massive fresh and tasty.

A super spot for the locals.
Great variety - you'll always find something that isn't on your list - range of international flavours to locally made treats and nibbles for those last minute "oohhhh, must try! "

The absolute best service and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always friendly and the fruit and veg always fresh and full. So much to choose from for lunches. You can tell the owners put all their heart and soul into this supermarket. Well done!

A small grocery store. Picked up a few items for a snack. Found a few things at really good prices. Have a good range of freshly made vegetarian foods/meal items.

Very friendly and helpful staff, which really does make a big difference, particularly these days.

I will never go back to this store. Worst service i have ever had. Absolute joke. Been ripped off there plenty of times too. Stay away from this shop.

Only shop here if it's a public holiday and nothing else is open, not gonna bother anymore because the prices are stupidly high

Great service! The variety they have here is amazing! The deli has a great range of products and the staff is so friendly!

Great deli selection, particularly the sweets on offer! I held everyone up at the checkout with online banking hassles and the staff were very nice about it. Store could be better laid out, bursting at the seams - possibly the reason they only have one trolly - that's all that fits in the shop.

Really like the layout and feeling, something about this shop gives a homey feeling, could be the use of contrast in the colour scheme.

Love my local little convenience IGA. I actually have another closer to home but this store is so much better.

Fruit and veg always full and fresh. Great array of home goods and dinner options plus friendly staff who hurry to open a second cashier as soon as there is a queue.

Been here a few times, for a small IGA they have a lot of variety.
Its a shame the staff aren't the same. A few of them are great, but more of them are very inattentive and not great at customer service.the

Theo will not sell my husband the Saturday Advertiser and The Australian newspaper because we don't shop there. Basically told him not to bother coming in. Do not upset the locals Theo - we have friends and have spread the message.

My local in the City.a bit dearer but allways open for me. Great Deli and fresh produce, Great staff.

The owner has the worst attitude and is a nasty nasty woman. I have seen her talking to the staff and it is embarrassing. Overpriced, dusty, dirty and full of out-of-date items. Wouldn't shop here again

Such a nice IGA and the staff are always so lovely here! It’s my families favourite IGA in the city!

I am sorry to say this but there has been a horrible smell in the shop that just drives me out of the shop as soon as I step in. Not that I have no other shops to choose. It is just a pity that no one cares.

IGA City East is on Hutt St near Wakefield St Adelaide. Friendly service, helpful supermarket. Parking no problem. Relaxed atmosphere.

Shame on IGA East for selling toilet paper for $15 which is double the price of the same item at Woolies/Coles/Foodland. Come on guys! You don't have to join in price gouging people at a time like this.
