Food was great and we didn't wait long but ordering the meal through the app on the table takes away the personal interaction.

The place was pretty busy, but myself and partner had the beef roast, and we can't complain, it was great, good service, happy staff, and we came on a day a freak storm hit the town and did a fair amount of damage, I highly recommend this pub.

Food was absolutely amazing. Hubby had rump, I had pork belly from specials board and son had cheese burger. Service and food was amazing. Thank you from WA people. #roadtrippin3_underthetrees

Food was nice especially the mushroom arancini balls.
Meals weren't cheap and no real Pennie specials.
Once again this pub like others didn't have their advertised house white and we had to buy an alternative that cost $8 more.
3 entrees and 1 X bottle wine, plus a $4.40 surcharge came to $80.40.

Really not good or tasty food!

The caesar salad was underwhelming, the chicken supreme (chicken breast with pomegranate glaze) was bad - the chicken was dry, the glaze was far too sweet. The eggplant parmigiana was ordinary and they had run out of the cheesecake at 7: 15pm on a friday!

At times, can be good. Often well patronised and has an excellent sticky date pudding! Veggies and salads that go with some meals are very ordinary at best most times. Been there a few times hoping it would get better. This really lets the whole gig down yet you are still charging top dollar? Get a mirror please; not for the customers.

Great steak! Great sized kids meals. Prompt service! Veey clean. Great spot for a night out.

This is a very nice hotel just over the bridge from central Port Augusta, very nice modern extention with good gaming room, restaurant and front bar, excellent selection of food, wine and beer, very nice and attentive staff, well worth a visit.

A really nice hotel with a great range of drinks. Had lunch from the specials menu but would choose from the main menu next time.

Schnitzels were huge and very yummy. Had half left over that we had for breakfast before hitting the road heading to Coober Pedy

People with NO masks, going up to bar, being served. Staff need to be advised not to serve these people.

Really lovely meal. Fabulous friendly and attentive staff. Plus I got a 20% seniors discount on my meal.

Half the menu wasn't available and had to wait over an hour for meals. Expensive for quality of food that came out.

It is a busy night, and our group of 12 have to wait for a while. The staff are virtually running on their feet, so it is fair to expect the service too bit a bit slow.

We have different preferences. When the orders arrive, I am very impressed with the presentation of all all the items. As for quality, I can only speak for myself - it is a thumbs-up.

Am I being generous to rate this place 5 out of 5? Well, my stomach is happy, why not give the owner and staff a chance to share my contentment!
