Just another complaint. It seems they don't want to get back to you. TV adds show large burgers, buy them and they are 3rd of the size. Rip off. Just don't but them

Well I called the head office about 2 wks ago. They seemed really nice and that they were going to check out my complaint and get back to me. Haven't heard a thing from them since. Typical of in house 'investigations of complaints'. Not happy and will be putting what exactly happened on a review for the Firle hungry Jack's andthen some. If I don't hear fromthem soon. I will be calling the appropriate ombudsman for this. Lift your game. Not that anyone reads the reviews. Otherwise they might do their jobs better.

Norlunga centre Hungry Jacks is DISGUSTING. Abundance of ants in the corner, kids high chairs are filthy, bins dont look like they've been cleaned in weeks, big wad of bubblegum shoved into window corner, dead flies on the window sills.it all makes you feel ill eating there.the manager should be ashamed.

Just stopped off at Mawson Lakes. Staff wearing gloves then handling money then serving next customer with same gloves on. The only person safe there is the staff member, the customer now has picked up any germs the previous person may have had. All store should be using plastic now, or change your gloves in-between customers.

Why cant the store at Paralowie ever get an order right. Every time I order a whopper heavy onion and heavy pickle I get home and it has no onion and no pickle. Today I got 3 super stunner meals. Asked for sweet and sour dipping sauce and for each meal to be in a seperate bag. I am told no sweet and sour sauce so settle for honey mustard. I drive to the collect window and am handed everything in one bag. Explained that I requested seperate bags so the girl seperated it into 3 bags for me. When I got home, no dipping sauce. Whats wrong with the staff in this place. I am sure there are people looking for work who could replace people who dont know how to do their job properly. I prefer Hungry Jacks but there is a lot of choices right next door so thinking of changing to Maccas and see if they can do it right. I am a long time customer but am not happy with the way this store has gone downhill regarding their service. There are no happy looking faces here. Makes one feel its an effort for them to serve me. Other takeaway stores greet the customers but not here. Would have given no stars if it allowed. Jan

Your Wentworthville store is pathetic.
The food here is crap, including the service. Waited for people in front of me to get served tonight through the driveway for 15 minutes. No one was taking their order and they had to drive up to the delivery window to place an order, another 10 mins. I placed our order then had to sit inline for another 10 mins. When we got our burgers, they were stone cold so i had to wait again, another 10 mins while they cooked new burgers. I ordered a shake and as usual, the machine was broken down. It's always broken down, especially after 8pm. The burgers were reheated and dry. I hate going there but my daughter wanted a chicken burger. The chips are always cold and when you ask for hot ones, they look at you like you asked them to give you their first baby. The Indian manager is a rude idiot with idiot staff, mostly 99.9 % of Indian heritage, who are equally rude and dense.
One day i saw one of the workers wiping around the bins with a filthy cloth, then wipe down the benches and tables with the same cloth. The tables always have left over food and rubbish on them. I would hate my restaurant name and reputation being represented by these rude staff and the manager. Don't go there unless you want a nice dose of food poisoning. It used to be okay here, until the invasion but a long time ago.
