Go home and get some sleep.never going back, i work in retail and customer service is top priority, wouldnt it be the same in fast food? Next speedway imma get hungry jacks at a different place and maybe they would be better.thanks for nothing yous are letting people down
Worst HJ’s in SA staff can’t toast bread chop onions cook fries or prepare an order in less than an hour with 3 staff and 1 customer
The young lady on drive through at Murray Bridge this evening deserves recognition. The most polite and efficient person I have seen there. Sadly I didn't manage to get her name
Took half an hour to get through the drive through line because they refuse to get with the times and park people up
Disappointed with my burger, only ate half. My wife ordered potato balls, also not impressed. Maybe our expectations were too high. Won't eat there again.
This store is SO slow! It is common to wait up to and over 30 minutes!

The service was quick and efficient. However when we got our food the fries were cold and very salty. The burgers were cold and I wasn't crazy about the raw onion. Probably wouldn't go there for a meal again
Oh deary me, today was not a good day.clearly not enough staff on, toilet doors broken, dirty tables.this was at 2.30 so not even peak lunch time.had to go back 3 times to fix order: (sorry guys but sometimes unless comments made nothing gets fixed. Hope manager sees these comments. Feel so sorry for the staff today. Not normal pressure.
Only had a coffee so can't rate the food at this outlet. However, in all honesty I'm not a fan of their burgers as I find them tasteless. Their chicken nuggets and fries are OK when I a hurry. Of course, there's really no atmosphere in these places. The young lady who served me was very friendly and helpful.
Drive through was fast. I dropped a star for HJ in general because they stopped serving Beetroot.
Young Alex was very polite, but as usual the workers doing the cooking were super slack and slow.
I ordered a whopper with no mayo and no pickle. In my whopper i got both with no other toppings and when i took a bite, i almost vommited and had to feed it to my dog.not to mention the fact that the meat was undercooked and very chewy.not coming back.
Theres a girl at my local thats rude and inappropriate. Why is she still there? Or not trained more? I went thru drive thru and waited behind one car for 9 minutes. When i got to the window she didnt apologise. I said whats the hold up? She said 'thats drive thru! ' I said not normally! She said 'well you did come in on a saturday morning! ' I looked behind me. I said 'im the only car here! ' She shut the window on me!
Just got a $2 chips on way home.they were hot and tasty but bag only Half full.and No serviette.just counted 12 chips.thats NOT A FAIR DEAL. NOT HAPPY.
Disappointed. Being a pensioner, was looking for the best value deal meal. Checked out online and went in and asked for the offer only to find you had to order online to get the deal. Ended up spending over $21 only to notice after special deal fliers on the counter where I could have got exactly the same two meals for $14.90! Chips were also cold and dry. Won't be going back!
This HJs is getting worst as time goes by. The past 3 visits through drive through have all had parts of the orders missing and they pack the order which is going cold while waiting for the bits that make up the rest of the order. And waiting time is shocking. Now if you have to wait for your order you have to cross the busy road to go back to a waiting area on the other side of the building.
Ordered one burger to be told that wasn't available. Then ordered a different burger to be told a couple of minutes later that wasn't available either.
Worst fast food experience in my entire life, said 20 minute delivery time, ordered 3 meals for my family at 6pm then it jumped up to 2 hours wait, could only cancel if I still paid full price and phone was engaged for over the entire 2 hour period.food came 2.5 hours later and the slip said it was ready at 7.36pm, arrived at the door 8.20pm. Everything was disgusting, cold rock solid chips, no ice in the half empty drinks and the coke was in the bottom of the bag in a puddle, and I didn't even want to chance my chicken burger! Ridiculous and disgusting
Very average HJs staff never wear gloves so unprofessional and unhygenic skip this place if you can
