Hungry Jacks Lightsview

Still waiting for a frozen ordered 10 minutes ago, probably one of the slowest fast food stores I’ve been to. Not like it’s busy or anything as they’re are only 5 orders and about 1-2 cars in the drive thru.

Service for delivery drivers for menulog and doordash ubereats food orders need to be high priority when waiting in store when staff 2 -3 inside kitchen are chit chatting and not making orders while drivers and customers waiting in line for 20mins

They always get my orders wrong.went there this morning, no other customers but still needed to wait 30 mins to get food and got our orders wrong again.

Worst place ever. Every time I go there, there is always something bad happening with me. Last time it was food this time it was service. If you complain about, they are offering refund or free food. This particular place needs to learn that they need to improve the service instead of offering free food.

The dinning room not sanitised.store parking due other business customers are using it.

I wanna give 0 star for the nasty customer service. The scarf girl is so rude through the speaker when we order the things. Trying to be boss of us. Make us really upset. We used to be the regular customer before. But we will never come if the customer service is like this. I don’t know how they get this job when they hate talking with customers

It's a nightmarish Hungry Jack. Here you get icy cold food with an unpalatable taste. If you order food online or over the phone, they will pretend to receive your order and say it has already started. When you are hungry, but waited eagerly for half an hour, you are suddenly notified that your order cannot be made, and the order is forced to cancel. I met three times and after waiting for half an hour, my order was cancelled. You guys should close the restaurant and if you don't want to run it, don't smash the Hungry Jack brand.

The young lass on the drive through service was lovely we had problems with our apps, she was patient, sweet & helped til it was sorted. The Bacon Deluxes we ordered were amongst the Best we've ever had. Impressed with the whole experience from beginning to the last delicious bite. Nice work Guys

Burnt vegetarian (Rebel) burger. It was actually that old and dry I was shocked they had the audacity to even serve them.

Took 12 minutes to get my order just 2 junior whoppers, I asked the girl why it was taking so long, and her reply was sorry for the wait, very disappointing. Have been going to this particular restaurant since it opened. Not sure if il be going again, may try McDonald's instead.

Says they close at 11pm. Got there at 10: 30pm and wouldn't let me in. Walked in the rain for a damn chicken burger and walked back with empty hands. Honestly ruined my whole night

The chips are the freshest I have had, which is unusual for me to say because I consider those chips the worst of all the take aways in general. They haven't stuffed my order up ever and this is my local hungry jacks. Good customer service aswell. And no filthy playground to be harassed with by your child to play in

The food is ok and I haven't had any order errors from them. However, there is always quite a long wait so it isn't particularly "fast" food.

One of the worst service this joint offers. Live locally and every time same slow service, waiting in waiting zone just for small order. The owner should be ashamed of himself but obviously doesn't care.

I am pretty sure I paid for the large chocolate Sunday. Either my ice cream decided to sink like The Titanic or someone eat before i got my order in my hand. Please at least pay attention to what you are doing next time.

Unable to handle more than a few customer orders at a time. Be prepared to wait for your food, regardless of drive through or in store.

The restaurant was filthy with every table left dirty from the previous guests and half the seats were missing. If a COVID / food safety inspection happened I think they would have failed and been shutdown. We still decided to eat at the cleanest looking table and was there for a good 15 minutes and didn't once see a team member make any effort in cleaning anything. I certainly will not be eating in any time soon.

Absolutely incompetent staff. They never remember to include straws or serviettes, and the burgers are either really good or utterly trash. I did this job at age 14 and could do a better job than most of the staff at this store hands down.

Worst experience at this place and all HJ stores in comparison. Poor service and quality control and streamlining.
Coke Flat, chips not salted at all and burger was cold. Waited 15mins to be served. Didn't even get my free glass cup and tried to get their attention just ignored.
Better off going to the Carl's Jr just down the road.

Outdoor area quite limited, I took my grandson, next time we will go to the park with our chips. Chips are good.
