Hungry Jack's Burgers Virginia

Snotty passive aggressive employee keeps looking customers up and down with lots of attitude. Employees need to learn manners and need to act more genuine instead of being uptight and think they own everything. Train your staff better and hire people who have actual background experience in that industry.

Service was pretty good.had enough time to drive down get the food and then have time before clocking in at lunch.shout out to old mate who got his $3.50 back and then proceeded to press the angry face 30+ times.

You stand in front of the counter for 10 minutes, staff just look at you and walk off without taking your order.what? I used the electronic ordering instead.

When are you going to care about the customers whose money pays your wages?
Another wrong order.
Followed by countless unanswered phone calls.
It equates to theft.
Happy to take your money, but can't perform the task of putting a burger on a bag. Poor training or untrainable?

I mostly eat vegan cheese burger at hungry jack’s at virginia and all the time staff is good behave and always good food also.

Honestly this is the worst hungry jacks ever and the worst fast food place I’ve ever been to We ordered it at 6: 30 and it’s currently 9: 45 and we are still waiting for our food

Worst hungry jacks I’ve been to. Half filled drink, paid 3 dollars for extra pearls in my coffee but didn’t receive what I paid for. Do not recommend this place

Ordered on the app and went through the drive through. Staff couldn’t find the order and were like yeah sorry. I requested to speak to a manager and they miraculously found our order. Had to park and wait for 20 min for a whopper junior and some nuggets? No apology from the staff either

Took ages to get our meal. Staff were friendly. Thickshake was melted and more like a milkshake and not cold. The fries were good but the burgers were some of the worst I have had. Worth the drive to Curtis Rd to get decent food.

It’s a pity you have incompetent people working there that can’t do a simple task like put sauce in the bag but will stand there and claim they have when they haven’t. The guy at the window tonight told me once before the sauce is in the bag when I asked, when I got home no sauce. That same incompetent person was on tonight so this time we checked the bag. The manager that had a weird name Svea or something said the sauces were in the bag when he was told they weren’t he was rude and had a smirk on his face while the guy at the window laughed. I think that it’s unprofessional that the manager on didn’t seem to fussed about his behavior and was happy to give his name out. Won’t be going back again and it seems many others won’t go back. Hopefully some more fast food places will start opening and have component staff working there.

My food took half an hour. I was yelled at by staff. There was paper in my burger. Got wrong sizes for chips and drinks. Ran out off onion rings. Was given wrong sauces. Waster my money and my time Im never eating at the hungry jacks again. Would’ve given no stars if it was possible

Second time hear both times the food was not good
The burger had the wrong meat dripping with Mayo I like Mayo but that was ridiculous
The staff could of at least smiled

Everytime I go hungry jacks they keep saying icecream machine is broken and tried to give us just drinks without our food dodgy

Honestly the best Hungry Jacks I’ve been to! Been here 2-3 times and always had prompt, timely service with presentable and great tasting food!

Firstly they put the wrong meat on the burger, then the chips are cold and if it couldn't get worse the entire burger is literally dripping with mayo, like I picked up the burger and the grilled chicken flew out the other end because of the amount of mayo lubed up on the thing anyway safe to say I frisbeed the monstrosity of a burger out the car window
