It's Hungry Jacks not fine dining, but was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Whoppers are my favourite fast food. Tried the new boneless chicken - its good. This store has been fairly newly built. Everything thing was good. On a par with other HJ stores.
Still go here occasionally.

Got my order wrong THRICE from the same store. Asked for delivery of right one each time, got told that we can't deliver or refund, you need to come to the store. So first you effed up my order and then, I need to correct that mistake by coming into the store to be able to get the right one. Was a regular customer as it is nearby store but lost all of my faith from Jacks today. Never buying from here again.

All I wanted was a quick feed having missed breakfast. I waited more than 15 minutes in the drive through along with a long line of impatient and hungry tradies. It was the slowest fast food I've ever had.
The bacon and egg Turkish roll was very tasty but I wouldn't want to wait that long again.

Every time during night if i order Any milk shake they sent Coke or any soft drink but they charge for milk shake. Not fare. They never said they don’t have anything.

Period of time I visit only drive through is open.
Usually busy and the time waiting is extended.
Pleasant staff.

Asked for a bacon and egg muffin. Staff got sausage and egg. Again went and requested to get bacon and egg. The staff went ahead to do an egg muffin. The kids here needs to brush their listening skills.

Fast with no waiting on all my visits. No big price increases. Wide hours of service. Good staffing.

My order was missing cheeseburger, lge chips, dipping sauce. New crumb chicken breast is nothing like tv add or pics, like big chicken nugget. Having a bad night there people!

Friendly staff. Whopper burger was good and chips freshly cooked. The grilled chicken burger was a bit thin but still tasty.

Just purchased one of the new DOUBLE CAROLINA WHOPPER through the drive through. You better thoroughly check what you get before you drive off. I didn’t. Later I found out one patty flimsy burger in the bag. It was late 10 pm. Maybe staff was tired already. Very disappointed.

I had to wait more than 10 minutes in the drive area because the staff didn't have my order ready when they should have.

4 people working, I'm the only customer I'm the shop (there are other customers in drive through) and it took a good 10 minutes to get me 2 burgers.

I knew the person who took the order wasn't listening. Instead of 'no onion' I received extra onion. Absolutely horrible.

Standard hungry jacks. Quick service. Make sure you download the app and get their daily freebies and offers.

Drive through is difficult as the staff are not descriptive and letting you know which window to stop at. If you order away from standard menu CHECK YOUR ORDER before leaving as this store often has errors. Apparently serviettes are rationed too!

Unhygienic, young girl clean floor with mop and without wash hand, start packing food with bare hand no gloves

It was good until I got food poisoning the next morning. I knew something tasted a bit off when I first ate the food. But since it was my my first and last meal of the day I stupidly continued eating. Purchased on Thursday night and still in bed now after 3 days. I will never eat HJ again. Ever.

Always untidy. The way the loos are situated, the breezes blow through the loos carrying loo aromas to the seating/ eating area.we left that stinch behind and have never eaten there.try Firle it's more civilised. What ever is a stinch you remark, well it is a stink that has a real stench=stinch.
