Hungry Jack's Burgers Hendon

It is new and clean and modern, but this had to be the worst hungry jacks for customer service I've ever been to.
A more than 10 minute wait getting through the drive-through with only 2 cars ahead of me, it's not like it was packed, and once I got to the window I waited and waited for my food and once it was clear nobody was coming, i drove away and parked and went inside where there were NO customers waiting to be served: just one man waiting aside for his food. That's it. And my bag of food was just sitting there! 3 staff members behind the counter not doing much. Why on earth it took so long is beyond me and I'll never, ever return to this location now because of this. Hire better staff. I'm more than happy to wait when it's really busy or understaffed, but this was not either of those situations so therefore no excuse. Big nope from me!

I live 60 seconds from this joint and would rather drive another 10ks to port Adelaide! Food was cold, always something missing from my order, rude, wait is always 5 mins or longer! Worst HJ’s in history!

All good but boy this is the slowest hungry jacks of the west.go to pt Adelaide first then lockleys unless you enjoy a long wait.

Young girl clearly doesn't like her job. Staff needs training with customer service and long food wait. Horrible first experience.

I arrived just before 4.00 pm in the drive thru. Order taken promptly, payment taken promtly & 8 minutes later, i tooted my horn to see where the hell my order was. It came shortly after COLD! I won’t be going back there!

They are still having alot of issues, but it's a new store. Good food, friendly staff.

Our order was mixed up with another one, we were overcharged as a result and then we had to explain how much needed to be refunded as the incorrect amount was given back at first.

The new store is well layed out but was extremely busy and not very organised, jacks burger was wrong, the whoppers were nice.hopefully they get better organised as time goes on.

Guy with glasses had me waiting for a long period, saw to another customer before me then proceeded to be rude when questioning if the voice box on drive through was working.
Then wanted to charge me extra for taking off condiments.
Won't go here again! Rubbish service.
Never one to leave a negative review but this guy wither needs to do a course in customer service or just flip the burgers.

Definitely newbies sadly no one care’s anymore disappointed in the whole store for one reason only. When I walked in all I could smell was the urine from the toilets I was shocked to see there is no wall to close off the toilet section you see people coming out of the toilets disgusting I could not eat the smell was disgusting unhygienic unhealthy how on earth did this plan get through to the council the cubicles have doors but no wall closing off the toilets, the tables are rite next to toilets, it’s ridiculous the smell was putrid like a dozen people had urinated on the floor or the toilets hadn’t been flushed wth you can’t eat next to the toilet cubicles this is not on please build a wall with a door entrance into toilets or shut down! I’ll certainly be taking this to the council

Very poor service I have been here multiple times now and everytime I have been here I have had to wait in waiting bay for ages even when I have ordered something small like a kids meal very disappointed won't be wasting my time here anymore not so fast food

Not the best. Burger bun was squished and wasn’t put together properly. When I unwrapped it all you could see was the meat. Half the bun had slid off. It was soggy and too hot, burnt my mouth even after sitting in my car for 5 minutes on the drive home. Didn’t like the way the manager talked to the young employees either.

Such a vibrant lovely group of people & great customer service,
No burnt out staff and managers like you find in some fast food restaurants
Always greeting with a smile
food is always served hot
And the Best tasting chips at hungry jacks hendon
On a downside, you got to know how to get in or you will miss the entrance!

Gave me a burger which was basically just bread and sauce and the patty was sticking to my teeth don’t think it was cooked

There was a small Indian kid with a middle part who served me. Lets just say that he had the worst customer service ever! I would fire him if i were Hunngry Jacks. Good luck kid.

Wow.greeted by a abrupt and rude manager who barks at me. " Won't be taking orders for 10-15mins" maybe get some more staff on and better management. Horrible experience
