Hungry Jack's Burgers Gepps Cross

Not recommended! I will not make my next move to Gepps Cross Hungry Jacks!
I have been terribly treated by staff! Someone named JAWAD shouted to us and behave extremely unprofessional way!
If this types of staff works for Hungry jacks, i am afried of long future of Hungry Jacks!

Extremely worst store i have ever visited. (Hungry Jacks Gepps Cross). Very unprofessional behaviour and aggressive word by shift runner named Jawad (guy with long beard) and another addition is Miten. How this sort of people with no manner gets job! Makes no sense! Highly recommended not to go Hungry jacks Gepps Cross.

Easy place to get in and out in a hurry if you want a quick bite, plenty of parking outside.

They work very slow. I am giving three star because now they are better than before.especially night time they are fast now.

Very unprofessional behavior from someone named Jawad or something like that (A guy with beard).

Took over 30 minutes+ and still having to go into the store for our food for the shitest food and the longest weight time. I won't be going back unless I get a refund

Went there early morning around 4: 30am and it wasn’t busy at all and still been told to wait 30 mins to order, if you guys can’t take order early morning then change your opening hrs to day time and save your and our time!

28 minutes wait time for a drive through order with just 2 cars before me. And when I asked them why you guys taking to long.

Nandu who is working in the drive through, he have a very bad behaviour. First time this things happened to us.

Waited 15 mins for a burger - but I wasn’t the only person … some people in front of me waiting more than 20 mins … could take a video and it would be outrageous… there is like 6 cars waiting now … what is so wrong!? Fast food

The food was OK, but the service was very poor and extremely slow. One goes to a fast food for the first part of the title. It took more than 20 minutes to get 4 drinks and was standing at the pickup window all that time while other cars queued up behind!

I find service is a bit slow And I find everytime I go there I have to wait in the waiting bay

Most bad experience of my life there is a unprofessional staff and there services is very poor we have to wait 15 mint in wating bay for food and on that time restaurant is not bzy also this experience is horrible please maintain quality

I am limited on what I can eat so asked for grilled chicken & mayonaise. Chicken was so small & leathery.

Always out of rebel burger. Happened third time in a row. The midnight indian guy has just this to say "sorry, we ran out of rebel patty".

Customer service is horrific even at a quiet time im a very frequent customer and being told id get my meal replaced and they'd write my name down I get a free large chips it cost them a few customers as my house holds 4 adults im literally going to go out of my way to go else where when I got home with the free fries and box of nuggets replaced my kids were disappointed for a second time definitely don't advise

This OTR on Grand Junction Rd near Main North Road has a Moes And Hungry Jacks. So you can go a moes and get a Hawaiian burger and jelly belly bean bursties in your frozen drink.

Pretty good in general. Some nice staff and I haven't had an issue with this HJ. If only they were all this good
