Hungry Jack's Burgers Aberfoyle Park

Consistently long wait periods. Incredibly poor service. I was waiting for an order and a woman was standing at the service counter for 10 mins to be served.she ended up walking out. Staff avoid looking at you and stay in the back. I waited 25 minutes for an order once. Absolutely abismal. Poor management. Place needs an overhaul.

Unfortunately tonight was the second time in a row that out food was cold and when they replaced it was again just warm the lady next to me also complained about her food cold and they where not busy to top it off we got a cone icecream only to watch the girl handle the money touch the dirty counter and not put paper around the cons I had to tell her to get us another cone with a wrap around it
I want to support local businesses unfortunately we will not be going back there again

AVOID AT ALL COST. This would have to be the worst HJ’s in Australia! 35min stuck in drive through then we get home and received the wrong order! To top off I’m sure we paid for the deluxe we ordered only to receive stone cold standard whoppers! This is 2min from my house and we will NEVER go there again! DO BETTER!

Pretty much just standard fast food. It's always been well prepared when I've ordered and sent out pretty quickly. The drive thru is also operated well, and I would definitely like to shout out the staff that always prepare fresh nuggets and chips when I come through sometimes at midnight after work.

Love the Carolina jacks chicken burgers, good service, not too slow, in the OTR servo so atmosphere fine for what it is.

Literally the slowest “FAST FOOD” restaurant in Adelaide I swear. I ordered a burger and chips and it took 30mins before I got it…

Always slow, always seem under staffed, always cold buns, waited 15 min for 1 item. It's primarily because the Indian franchise holder sacrifices staff and quality for profits, this has to be the worst ran store in the south of Adelaide

Pretty fast. Staff are nice, food quality is pretty good. Not the best, but definitely sufficient.

Worst Hungry Jacks in Australia! Place is always a pig stye with rubbish all over the place drinks spilt everywhere, teenagers lounging around the place and fighting, tables are always dirty and the floor is always filthy not to mention the toilets. Now to the food.the burgers are always just slapped together, and I had a HAIR IN MY Junior a HAIR!
I will NEVER visit this VULGAR place EVER AGAIN!

Terrible terrible service! Wait in the drive through lane for 20 minutes get to the window and they have no idea what order is ours and gives us the wrong order. I don’t understand what takes soo long you l clearly need more staff and staff that they actually know what they are doing

Ordered the breakfast wrap today. Something in the meat was hard. And looks like either plastic or something worse than that.

Completely incompetent, you’d all fail in a real job, missing over $20 worth of food and charged extra for add ons that were also missing, whole staff need to be fired and get people that are competent.

For anyone considering going here - make sure you check your order before driving off because there's a decent chance something is either wrong or missing. And if they make you go to the waiting bay while they fix your order make sure what you eventually get is right as well, if it's something with sauce then that will probably be missing. Consistently unable to get very basic orders right and on top of that if they have more than a few customers at a time they can't handle the pace.

Ordered two bacon deluxe hunger takers. Received 1 full meal, and the other without the bacon deluxe. Absolutely pathetic that you would forget the MAIN burger in a meal. Also took over an hour to be delivered for a 6 minute drive. Driver sat at the restaurant for 45 minutes (as per the GPS) before picking up the order and delivering. Food was stone cold one it got here also. Cannot get ahold of the store to try get a refund or get the food we paid for brought to us. Will never be returning.

The staff are friendly enough, but I have never received a correct order from this HJ it is either missing some items or is just completely wrong. I would not recommend this HJ to anyone, unless they were happy to go inside and negotiate the correct order with the staff.

I’m writing this in the drive-thru, where I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. There’s still five cars in front of me. Do not come here.

I'd really like to thank the manager on the 26/12/2022 for his kind service. He was so accepted and willing. The effort he put in was outstanding. A great man.

Chips and nuggets were so stale and dry not even my dogs would eat them. Worst takeaway I’ve ever had

Wrong burger. I ordered pork belly burger but got cheeseburger and I don’t even eat beef. Plus not to mention, rude, racist people.
