Hungry Jack's

Ordered a very small order ($30 worth) and took 2 hours and 10 minutes to get to me when I lived relatively close. For reference, I ordered at 11: 31 am for lunch and it arrived at 1: 40 pm. The order was barely warm with 0 compensation. Stay away from the website as much as possible. Will not be ordering from there again.

Customer service here is a lot better than the local McDonalds. There are very limited options for takeaway food in the area, and the people running this HJ's do a great job. Good customer service.

Just average. Service could do with a smile. Chicken Royale burger was crazy expensive-$12 for just the burger! Chicken shops are cheaper

Y’all served me the driest rebel whopper, this “thing” contained less liquid than sand. Literally snapped in half. I spilt my sprite and deadset used the patty to clean it up. That worked so poorly, despite how destitute of liquid it was, somehow y’all dried it out until it no longer had any pores to absorb liquid.

The lemonade was soda water, the staff looked like they needed to wash their uniforms, the shift manager was just rude. She was rude to her staff and customers.

The girl taking order was very rude and unprofessional. Food was okaish. We got everything we ordered.

I brought 2 Bacon delux burgers got home both burgers didn't have bacon. OMG how do you get that wrong its in the name

Fast and efficient staff. However recent visits both through the drive through and in store I have encountered long delays. Even using the app I have been met with being parked even for a whopper. Some drive through visits recently have been met with some staff with lees than the usual level of service. Begs the question are they under staffed for the volume of customers.

Uncompleted orders all the time. Yesterday we bought three meals to take away and when we got home we realised that there was a missing chips. They don’t pay attention to what they’re doing. This happens all the time. Pretty bad service.

The food was stale (chicken nuggets and bread) waited over an hour for delivery that was said to be 20mins

There is a young girl that works there. I think her name starts with a K.she has long brown hair.shes very good, got my bussin BBQ cheese burger in the nick of time. Shes very pretty, i want her number

Clean presentable restaurant with friendly and competent staff. Obviously they have the better burgers - what more can you want?

I usually love this hungry jacks but the last couple times I’ve been it’s been really disappointing. My orders have been wrong. Tonight I ordered a bbq cheeseburger with an extra patty and instead of getting 2 Pattie’s I didn’t get one at all. As someone who’s worked in various hospo roles including in a kitchen, missing an extra patty let alone a patty at all is really a huge mess up and something you should never miss. Really disappointing. I hope you guys see this and ensure in future you never let this again.

Very rude management. Disappointed in the customer service shown at the store by management today. Tables were not clean, toilets were absolutely filthy and the playground looked like it had not been cleaned for some time. There wasn't anyone doing Covid check ins and staff didn't ask anyone to check in.

Not to bad always aim to please hit n mis with orders some staff great others not so otherwise would have rated higher

Unfortunately burger was pretty poorly made, asked for extra sauces box was marked heavy sauces but hardly anything, absolutely no lettuce and a heap of pickles lucky I love pickle.
Chips were hot and fresh, just a shame the burger was extremely poor quality

I'm not very familiar with Hungry Jacks, but today's burger was tasty, fresh and not greasy in any way. Service was efficient, friendly and polite. The cafe was very clean as well. Plenty of parking outside too.

Mic at drive thru does work well or staff can't understand.had to drive to window to order. Had to do it 3 times as staff a little slow or new? Then took ages to get order. At least it was fresh and hot

Be aware of their salad. We ordered grilled chicken salad. My wife had diarrhoea right after having the salad. The avocado was not fresh at all and bitter.
We ordered through Menulog. There was no fork for the salad. And no straws for soft drinks. The whole experience was horrendous.

They forgot our order and we had to go into the waiting bay. 30 minutes later, had to go in and ask for our order. Other than that, they were very apologetic and the food was good.
