Hungry Jack's

The staff are freindly enough, the store is messy and untidy. The staff are the slowest of any fast food outlet I have ever been to. You cannot call this place fast food. It took 32 minutes to be served and get just 4 slushies, other people that ordered food waited even longer. Lot's of people walked in and saw the line and just walked out. We will never go here again, the management really need to look at their efficiency.

Most of the time if there bissy will mess up our food but when we go back they fix it for us

Hi, staff is very rude specially the front lady, she dose not know how to speak with customer, he job is only give customer service and serve the customers, and she is not doing her job properly she just interfare with others, there is no need to be interfare. For instance- doordash dasher kept his food in boot and she Strat shouting on him. His boot was neat and clean most of the dashers keep food in boot because of drinks. Drinks can fall if food is on front seat. Her job is in the hunger jacks only not outside. She dose not understand what's front persons problems are.

The crew put on a great birthday party for my grandson today and on short notice too thank you it was fantastic

Food taking forever 10 mins Inc.five through just to be sent to waiting bay now been in waiting 5mins and still wait

We have a HJ in Pt Lincoln but it pales to comparison to the one in Whyalla. The food here comes out tasting fresh and full of flavour. The staff are also very nice, and the place is clean.

Food at Hungry jacks is standard like all fast food and can't fault them on that. Some nights it seems like there is only one person working and honestly I'm not sure how this place manages. Wait times are astounding and your almost guaranteed a mistake in your order. If only they would hire more people to take the stress off of these workers.

Very dirty floors, tables and toilets. Service was real slow and No atmosphere what so ever. I use to travel through Whyalla many times when working away and how things CHANGE. Have to find a new place to eat now.

3 Orders in three days and not one order can be done as ordered. Lotts of excuses and to long waiting for orders. Shut the place if you do not have the items ordered.

Ordered Food through drive thru, wait time was 25 minutes and once I received food one sauce was missing. When I asked for sauce one of crew talk rudely.

Staff are great when not getting loudly yelled at by managers, food is great when it's not busy but other then that, expect cold fries 9/10 times

My deluxe bacon burger had 1 slice of tomato and hardly any lettuce. I saved the 'meat' for my dog because it tasted awful. On the plus side the staff were lovely and my latte was great. My husband's whopper burger was pathetically small and the filling didn't even cover the bun. The meat tasted weird. But at least the dog enjoyed it ‍️

Said they were open 24hours on new years however upon arrival they were closed. Absolute stitch up.

Food was good for Hungry Jack's, maybe a little too much mayo on th whoppers. Nothing left out of our order so that's a plus.

Probably the Worst HJ’s in the country, stood around for about 7 minutes just to take the order, chips cold and the manager was out the back and did nothing!

3/4 cooked batter on onion rings. Also asked for a tax invoice and had to ask twice. Receipt was illegible but the girl said "at least you can see the price"! Slackness all round.

Their caramel fudge iced coffee was the worst decision ever it had no taste of caramel whatsoever it was just straight coffee and it's not even good coffee.

Love the new menu and coffee options at the Whyalla store. Please just one thing, back off on the salt on the chips. There is way too much salt. I've started asking for them with no salt now.

Tried Jacks Iced Coffee.
The most disgusting coffee I have ever had.
Looked nothing like the picture.
Watered down Coffee. Don't know if it is supposed to have milk. Had none. Cream unsure if the white bits were cream.
If that is how they are supposed to be made you need a new Barista.

Hungry jacks has always been a great place to grab a bite to eat, this location is no exception. Service is fast, chips are hot. Will be going back
