Well let me tell ya, whoever teaches the new staff down there to do the ice cream cones, 100% well done to you.
Been back twice now and the first one we got we thought wow.
Last Friday night was epic, I thought it was going to fall over it was that big.
Shame I didn't get a photo of it!

I love my local Hungry Jack's, l have the craziest orders and the friendly staff get it right everytime.

Although we did wait quite a while for our food, it was all correct and hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Understaffed and they were really struggling to cope with getting the correct orders to the right customers. My own order took more than 30 minutes and was given to me cold.

The burgers never look like the pictured burger. When you see the photo, that is what you expect. Food has been bad for a while now, how hard can it be to make a tasty burger! This store just keeps getting worse.

Came through the drive-thru and ordered the new Bubble-Gum Storm! Tasted just like my childhood memories of the bubble-gum toothpaste. Excellent service - welcomed at the speaker box quickly and asked about my day. Extremely happy with this service and will definitely come back:)

I ordered a meal for my partner and I on the 19/6 could not eat the burgers as was squashed and sauces made paper round burgers rip, they offered to replace the burgers so i thought yea all good all sorted but go to get replacement burgers was not the same as original order, this happened twice and on the 3rd replacement attempt they have actually gave us a burger with chicken that was partly raw. If I could give 0 starts or even minus stars I certainly would be.

They continue to take more orders.
I can see my order on the bench.
It is winter.
I wait 5 minutes before they ask how will I pay.
I ask outright how long has my bag been sitting there?
"Oh, like, a minute? I can remake it"
No. The poor people behind me have been waiting too. If I wasn't so damn hungry after visiting family in hospital.

The burger was good but the fries had way too much salt on them. Please review your methods. My wife had to wash the fries to remove the salt.

When I got a sosage and egg muffin The party was horrible and the food was yuck this is why I go to that one star

I had to wait 10 mins for a burger - staff were really nice and looked after me. Will be back again.

Everytime I go, they forget something in my order, the chips are always cold and burger buns are always stale. The meat is always dry, the sauce is always everywhere and the onion rings are always stringy and are served so hot they will burn your face. The burgers look like they are from some fancy restaurant where they are supposed to be deconstructed, as they are never intact when I get them. If I could give 0 stars I would, maybe they deserve 1 star for their $1 frozens.

Lazy staff nobody listen to the delivery drivers everybody busy in their own things no matter whats go at counter

4 stars (never give 5;) 3/10/21.6 times consistently good burgers.
But obviously because of good staff.for now anyway. GOOD JOB mfs

My experience today was wofull l sent my burger back as it was unrecognizable
It was cold the cheese was not melted.l generally do not complain but that was disgusting l will not return again.

Cold burger tough bacon cold chips despite requesting to have it freshly made no notice being taken by staff and it's not the first time.to top it all off ladies toilet filthy hasn't been cleaned for weeks/month I would be worried using toilet.how on earth do they get away with it will never have a burger from hungry jacks again absolutely gross

Most of the time hacham hungry jacks is very good, but today my whopper was cold, disappointing

On two occasions this past week (14&15 July) we were informed after ordering hamburgers that there were no tomatoes! Given it may have been 9pm but for the great Hackham tomato shortage to have stretched over 2 days is ridiculous. Oh.and the burgers were so bloody dry. Something tells me the staff couldn't be bothered prepping the tomatoes as closing was looming in a couple of hours. Rubbish food and service.
