Hungry Jack's reviews
23I ate here because vegan burgers were advertised. It might have been vegan but it was what I call plastic food and all but inedible. Sorry Hungry Jack.
Cold food and a very dirty store. Never again. Heads office should check out how dirty this store is!
Indian lady that served me was looking the other direction when I was ordering I was just another number not a customer. The bacon delux burger I had was awful. Not sure how you could make it so bad.
Seriously, its a fast food joint. They are all the same and the only variance is the attitude of the staff.
Same burgers wherever you go. You know they not going to be the best burger in the world but they're consistant.
Have eaten here often while waiting for a flight. Often very busy at times and waiting in line can be lengthy. Cleanliness is often lacking at this Hungry Jacks as most times customers rubbish is left on the tables after their meals.l have had to put previous customers rubbish in the bin myself, so l have somewhere to sit. The floor is often dirty too. But the food has always been fresh and tasted great.
Good customer service
For a surprise i got fresh hot fries
And also the burger was made fresh this usually doesn't happen in hungry jacks but it did happen this time
Wait time was a bit more but got nice n fresh
Had been on a Tuesday Evening just in case anyone is wondering to have or not if u can find the same staff every one of them were women
Big plus for regular pricing. No gouging as with other outlets Adelaide Airport. Service fast. Place is clean. Good option to stuff ya self before customs, rather than be extorted on the other side for $6 bottles of water and pretty average food.
Had the worst hot chocolate here. I basically had to drink hot milk as it wasn't stirred/didn't have enough chocolate (the milk was still white). When I went and asked for it to be fixed, they just pumped it with more syrup and stirred it twice and handed it back over, which didn't change anything from the original condition.
The waiting time for the orders were long as well, but that would have been fine if the order was made correctly.
The worst food in the State. Chicken wrap with avocado " never will they spread avocado inside the wrap. Chips underdone, lettuce must be a week old. Walk past this outlet.
Putting the "why is this slow slow I have a flight to catch and I've been in line 10 minutes" into fast-food.
It's a hungry Jack's, so there are standards, but this is as bad as it gets. Slow service + no cleaning at all makes this something to get the job done and nothing more.
Everything was rushed to the point of it being very poor quality. Ordered a coffee which came out tasting like hot water, when I came to get it remade the person told me that the machine was broken as if she knew already and had chosen to give me a bad coffee and hope I wouldn't complain.
Again. Got some food through the drive through and 5 mins later when I'm home, the burgers are cold. 'The burgers are colder at Hungry Jack's'
It's the airport and it's always busy, so you should really know what you're in for. The tables aren't very clean (didn't see any staff clearing tables during our half hour visit) but the seating is good and plenty of room if you're in a group. Food always tastes fresh.
This is airport and hungry jack should be a “fast food” but you will wait in line for 10mins and wait for your food for another 10
Very slow service. Suppose to be fastfoods. No disrespect but I find it easier to hear the order number as opposed to the meal. Announcing a small meal rather than the actual type is lazy. Quality of my Aussie Burger was below average. Meat pattie was warm and egg was rubbery. Patrons don't have time to line up again and wait again for corrective actions. This is an airport not a dingy fast food takeaway on a street corner. Employ your numbers to match the location, and time of day. This is during a lunch time period.
Located on the 1st floor near the International Departures area.
Can get very busy, be prepared to wait.
The lady manager working in the busy breakfast time has got really good skills to look after customer and guide the staff in regards to customers request. I asked for the fresh chips and she took care of it that i was being served fresh chip by her staff constantly. Very active need more managers like her at most places in hungry jacks.
