Food was good but they missed some things from our order. Was meant to be drive through app order but forgot had a caravan on so had to go in. Took them a bit to figure out how to change it but service was good.

Every single time i come here their frozen sour watermelon is in defrost.i even ask if they currently have it before ordering, they always say yes then once i have paid they tell us it is in defrost.should of gone maccas

Flys, scanning machine doesn't work, nothing prepared, no eggs, no hash browns.wait time was 6mins. Not the first time either!

Worst hungrys ever. Ordered at seaford and had to wait 5 mins when we got there. Chips cold and no seasoning. Burger looks nothing like the pics

It never closes. Ever. Even on Christmas. It gets loud and sometimes the wait is a while. This site does not do barista coffee. Just machine. I'd recommend you do NOT drink the coffee

Burger tasted like cardboard and hair in food, shocking experience the drink was the only good thing besides the fact they didn’t have what I initially wanted.

HJ’s Noarlunga had put me off this franchise, I hadn’t purchased in 5+ years after several truly disgusting experiences back to back.

My mate wanted to stop through here tonight, so I got a whopper (heavy lettuce, heavy tomato). It was truly best fast food burger I’ve ever had. Fresh, and made like the staff member cared.

So good I rang them to ensure the staff member got a ‘thank you’ for putting some effort in.

10: 45pm 25/11. Get that staff member to train people how to make burgers.

It's Hungy Jack's, say no more. Service is slow, what happened to fast food and they always have some excuse why it is taking so long. The food is still good, but it should be for the prices they charge. Dont understand why they dropped the fried egg and also the beetroot, they are major ingredients in any hamburger.

Very good quality, just careful to choose the right location for your online app orders. Tends to want to choose Seafood.

Just wanna say firstly, how pleasant she was when ordering (staff always sound busy on the drive through speaker), all the same - she did her job. When we met at the window to collect our food, she again exhibited her pleasant character, and with that we discovered that she was one of a few staff members who appeared to be operating with short staff. She had all the qualities an employer could ever want in an employee, hard working, well presented and friendly. Sorry to publicise this lady, but she also had a physical deficiency in her walk, from either injury or another reason. At her age she is a veteran! People who don't work because they say they have a 'bad back', are pathetic, in comparison. The food and coffee was great anyhow, and.we got our sauces for the kids nuggets!

Long waiting time for basic orders every time. The food is not acceptable and the customer service needs major improvement.

Friends order had items missing. Had a family meal, my whopper had huge chunks of onion, and looked like an oversized cheese burger. Other whopper had no sauce and a large amount of mayonnaise. Hoping that the quality will improve.

It would be great to walk in just once & not have to walk through a wall of cigarette smoke from your staff,

The staff are rude and look like they hate their job.
The food is always cold and they can never get an order right.

I'd rather go hungry than waste my money here.

They got my order wrong, which was fine at first. I politely asked them to correct it. An extremely rude young staff member, made it clear that she was not happy with me. Ive never encountered someone so rude in my life let alone someone who works in customer service.

27/1/22 breakfast ordered ham.cheese tom toastie, and medium cap. Got ham, cheese toastie and medium cap.in a large cup again.late afternoon ordered whopper with cheese, sorry we're out of mayo. If the coffee machine isn't broken, If the EFTPOS works, If they learn to cut tomatos, maybe I'll be back

Got some hot chips to have with our subway. Chips were hot and tasty. Service was not worth mentioning.

Fast food is always fast but the new jacks chicken burger is nothing to brag about thats for sure

Staff to busy chatting to notice I was waiting to be served. Only 2 other customers in store & still waiting after 6 minutes for a single burger.

Awesome cheese whopper next morning after hard night out plus hash Brown and thick shake the best
