Hungry Jack's

The service here is so bad. U deserve a zero stars. Waited to get served while all staff and chatting and looking at me. Gave me the food with a sore face. No Thanku or any manners. Last time. Trust me never again.

A late-night meal left us satisfied with the friendly service, and Hunger Tamers were yummy.

Ordered burger via ubereats but it was missing onion, lettuce and sauce, also the chicken was very overcooked. Just disappointing

App is useless, ordered in app, went to pick up and order was gone, had been charged but no order. I gave up and went home. The charge was refunded, but it was disappointing.

There is something seriously wrong with this Hungry Jack's. This has to be the worst Hungry Jack's store in Adelaide. The food is always cold and never warm, and they serve stale Whopper buns. Absolutely terrible.

Went to Hungry Jacks Brighton tonight and let me say this, the Burgers may be better at Hungry Jacks, but the service surely isn’t. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and was not even acknowledged by a single staff member, let alone served. Staff members looked at the counter but were busy serving drive through to even take my, or another man’s order. Spoke to the manager through the drive through window and advised him of the poor service which was met with I was back of house and didn’t see it, even though he was not in back of house at all as I saw him serving drive through patrons 10 seconds prior. Disgraceful service and will definitely never return to this store. The franchisee needs to clean house as the staff are rude and the manager useless.

We are all human and make mistakes happen but this hungry jacks is absolutely incapable of including sauces as ordered. I’ve lost count of the number of times this has happened from this one single HJ’s, it’s so regular that it’s not a mistake of a poorly trained staff member - it’s a management and process issue. Hence this review.

Very friendly staff and helpful - I was with my elderly mother and the team member was polite and respectful

I stupidly got take away from here tonight via the drive through. Let's see where to start. It took about 15 minutes. They gave me the sundaes 1st so they melted while I waited. Everything else was cold. The "whopper" was the most disgusting excuse for a burger I have ever seen (see photo). I had 1 bite and it was actually worse than it looked. It went straight into the bin. Do not buy food here!

The order was wrong and I rang to complain. I was told to ring back later as they were busy. Not good enough.

Getting a bit sick of playing order roulette here. Over 50% of the time there are ingredients missing from burgers, especially the onions on the angry whopper. At some point you question whether it is on purpose - too lazy to prepare the ingredients or tell the customer.

Been here quite a few times lately and the Drive through service is friendly and fast. Well done:)

Had a guy sitting at a table obviously needing some down time, When asked about the WiFi, he was told his 30 minutes was up and was best if he left.
Place was not the cleanest, and it seemed like they had more pressing things to discuss than serving or getting the food out hot.

Service was ok. We ordered two popcornchicken and only got 1.
Disappointing but we didn't not go and get the other one because the Hungry Jack's was full of people and would of taking a long time.

The staff are great, but often there's things missing, or coffee is wrong. To be expected in fast food drive through though.

Had a good coffee and fries on my way through town. Good service and tasty items. Thanks Hungrys!

I ordered Beeschurger and it was put together in a fast manner. Disappointed but big fan of Tim Green

Flat coke every time I come here cold burger looks like 5 year old made it and crummy hard chips Never again will I waste my $here

I just ordered through the drive through, that was efficient, chips were just right, whopper, however, I ordered with cheese and bacon, extra pickle and onion.the bacon was very thin, almost as if it was cooked proscuitto, instead of bacon, couldn't bite it, and the extra pickles didn't happen.disappointed much, def wasn't bacon in that burger!

This hungry jack's is one of the best in Perth. Exceptional service and friendly service staff.
