Staff friendly. Always get order wrong but always are really friendly staff and so figure it’s a tough place to work at so keep it quiet and can’t fault how polite staff are!

More of a drive thru Hungry Jacks, not much dine in space. The service through the drive thru is always good and quick.

As always Hungry Jacks has great food and just the best coffee, this outlet is clean and tidy with fast service.

Whoever is in charge of making the rebel whoppers here i love you, most delicious fluffy bread, perfectly cooked patty, not too much sauce, ingredients evenly spaced out.wow.thank you

Located within the OTR. Somehow they make their Rebel Burger tastier than other HJs. One of the few remaining HJs where you can place your order with a person rather than a machine!

Wasn't a nice burger at all. Stale bread, not much lettuce a spot of sauce.very average! Chips tasted like they had been there for a day. Disappointing!

I had a great experience at Hungry Jack's! The food was delicious, and the service was efficient. The staff were friendly and made sure our order was correct. The menu offered a variety of options, and I especially enjoyed the burgers. The only reason it's not a 5-star review is because the wait time was a bit longer than expected. Nevertheless, it was a satisfying meal, and I'll definitely be returning.

Worst customer service. Ordered through the app before 10 min and waited for 30 min in the drive through again. Yet didn’t get the order, So I left. They never start to make your order though you order through the app.

Always have a great experience with the store. When they had a power failure and I went through the drive through they apologised and gave me a free icecream. Today I purchased through the app, money went out of account but order failed on app. Manager gave me the meal I would have ordered. 5 star service.

Amazing customer service in the drive through at 6: 45am. Brekkie wraps were toasted & yum, our shakes unfortunately came out a bit milky but the young man on morning shift was very kind and too happy to try the machine again without fuss. Great service!

Food was as expected. Staff was friendly and prompt.
It's part of the OTR on the corner and is awkward to get into though.

Ordered food on the app, when the online order went through they didn't have the vegan patty in stock. Wasted half an hour on it.

A brand valuing to compete doesn't even have what it markets in stock.

Such a shame.

The refund was initiated but still have not receieved it.

The rating is just based on the paper straws been handled (passed to the customer) by hand after handling money. No food and safety right there

Staff mucked around quite a bit. Then sat downstairs and realised I had taken 2 Bites.
(We were very hungry and on our way to friends place) that my order was wrong. I had ordered the large crispy chicken burger to try. Instead it was a (sloppy I must say) chicken burger. My husband asked for whopper but got a small one. I actually had said to him to go and ask them for what we ordehed but he said by the way they were going and mucking around with the girls in the back it would put us further behind by the time we got it. Then went in next door to get tissues a guy was running out 4 or 5 kids in a school uniform coz they were stealing. Anyway not going go back there again! Will make sure we find somewhere place for a quick bite. Thank you

Never have we had a meal from here that was delivered in full. Every single time it is missing something. Rubbish company, avoid. When you spend over $80 surely it isn't hard to try to get it right? Is it? Really? I bet they don't even read these reviews.

Not sure if this is a reflection of all HJs, I just bought a Whopper - where was the burger? Paper thin and didnt even cover the bread, looked like a homebrand burger, it was just bread and salad, absolutely not worth the money, very dissapopointing.

One of the better Hungry Jacks. The Angry Whopper and Big Breakfast Wrap that my hubby and I ate were top quality for a food chain

Quick service, I stopped here few times and it was always good but yesterday I had a grilled chicken burger and bacon wasn't grilled and the burger was overall cold.

I had a breakfast deal here which was an Avocado Vegan Muffin, hash brown and orange juice. I would have preferred a cappuccino with almond milk but couldn't have that as there is only cow's milk available still. I enjoyed my muffin and sitting upstairs but the chair at the table I chose was dirty so I had to use another one. I don't like there being only one toilet there and no separate hand washing facilities.

Seemed like the staff were under pressure even though it was midnight. Way too much mayo on our burgers and cold fries were unappealing.
