Hungry Jack's

Got the 20 piece "popn chickn" only had 15 pieces, and the bacon on my burger was raw.

Normally fast turn around in drive thru and food is normally pretty good, have been through at night though and was waiting over 10min in the drive through which didn’t make me happy

A little slow compared to most hungry Jack's but still good service and they usually tell you if they're running a bit slower.

Friendly and helpful staff. Doesn't matter what time of day that you call in.
Called in recently a young lady behind the counter was cheerful and helpful, she made customers feel better and important. Well done

Flame grilled perfection but service inside is slow because there is more money in drive-through. Juicy burger, but, as usual, the fries are nowhere near Maccas.

They give us the wrong food and wrong drinks, we make little messes and we got kicked out there was hair in cam wildy’s food.

Drive through - been waiting 15 minutes so far for a simple burger. This has happinned before, but I will neve come here again.

Hungry Jacks will always be superior in taste to McDonalds. This one is one of the better ones in the area

Terrible management skills today. I was told not to be angry repeatedly when I was trying to ask if they have any method of typing in my credit card number instead of tap and pay as it wasn't working and I didn't have a physical credit card at hand. When told repeatedly to not be angry and that I look angry a person is bound to get angry eventually. I was being respectful and calm but she had was going on and on about me being angry. Was also told if the card doesnt work there won't be any food given. Isn't it obvious though? Not everyone is looking to get free food. Why should I be told that and made to feel homeless merely because my Tap and Pay isn't working. I was simply hoping to work out a payment method so my hungry kids could get some food. I won't be recommending visiting this store until the people learn to problem solve and listen actively

Ordered from Menulog and the driver forgot one of my bags and it was left behind. Store was very kind about it when I went to pick it up myself, they were very apologetic even though it wasn't their fault. It was nice to know they cared even when it wasn't their problem.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very helpful and supportive if an order is wrong. We go here regularly, and the orders are only occasionally wrong. Managers are great.

Even though it's not the most glamorous of jobs, these kids are always friendly, polite and the food is always perfect

Expensive. And when you ask for two sugars, they give you one. They have a problem with listening or maths.

Great feed! Burgers are full and sauced up (and haven’t halved in size like Maccas), fries are hot and crispy, and the staff are super polite and friendly:)

Standard HJ's, but a bit old and tired. Also the only drive-thru I have ever been to that's got orders mixed up and given me someone else's order.

Always bayed here and regularly dissatisfied and disappointed. Food is average at best most of the time.

This Hungry Jacks constantly forget items. I have always had to go back into the shop to get my lost item. One time it was an expensive burger, casually left on the side when I went to retrieve it. I just did an Uber eats, and to my surprise there is only 2 chips out of 3 that were supposed to be in the bag. I ordered 3 meals, what meal does not have chips or onion rings? ! Can’t go retrieve the lost item, it defeats the whole point of getting Uber eats!

Absolutely poor service. If you come here, thoroughly check the bags because often or not they’ve forgotten something. Extremely forgetful and inefficient.

We ordered takeaway from within the restaurant. Our order was initially bungled. The service on returning and correcting the order was fabulous. Lovely customer service.

HJ gave me a different burger to what I ordered & then passed it off to me via Uber eats. Without letting me know they had run out of what I ordered & substituted it, which was a bit of a lack of communication on their part it would have been nice if they told me what they had to do. I called them to enquire & although the reply was a bit like a buried emu. They offered me a full replacement next time I call in to the store. The food I did get was fresh & tasty enough so got the star rating back up.
