The vegetable in whopper was so fresh compared to the other hungry Jacks.presentation was also very good and not messy.services was great as well.

So the Hungry Jack's "free glass with any large meal" promotion isn't actually available with quote "with any large meal. " There is virtually unreadable fine print saying excluding several meals.

It is blatant false advertising and a directly fraudulent sales technique

My partner bought two of the caramel ice coffee and it was the shitest one I’ve ever had. It had none of the drizzle just taste and looked like milk with a little bit of cream

How hard is it to read an order, 1 burger was supposed to come without lettuce and tomato, instead all three chicken burgers had no lettuce and tomato, your service used to be so good, now it has gone down hill.

It wasnt busy got 3 cheese burgers with no pickles. Got them and it was like they had come straight out the freezer. The cheese was nearly frozen still, the bun was dry and semi hard and the pattie was luck warm. Very disappointing

Sat at this place waiting for a minute order. Get told 3 min wait in waiting bay. Back in line due to operator not taking payment for order. 4 cars deep slow as a wet weak turtle and im wasting fuel. Patience has gone. Just want to leave and NEVER COME BACK

Great food but.saw some lady pick up a big order, like probably $20-$30 worth of food and after she left heard some staff making remarks and calling her name n stuff. Think one person was a manger as well, not really that professional, def makes me wanna not go again.

Love Hungry Jacks. I've never been let down by this store. Food always hot and fresh, staff friendly and polite and they have always been quick to fix any issues.

If you are delivery drivers, steer well clear of this store. Spoilt brats for staff who are super rude and couldn't care less about you.

Staff members never listen. I have ordered the same burger three times and they have stuffed it up. I’m done never ordering this again. If I could put zero stars I would.

Wouldn't make a chocolate and vanilla mixed thickshake for me, yet every other hungry jacks does

But cold bugers and chips 70% of the time. Recommend driving to another one if you want hot food.

Terrible service, food is usually cold, items get left out all the time, I won't be spending any money at this store ever again.

Got my order home to find out it's not what I paid for, it's not the first time. No customers inside when I ordered either, tried ringing multiple times but No one answers phone.just means I have to try in daytime.

Just spent almost $40 on food had to wait in waiting bay.chips needed cooking longer and the burgers were cold

Slow staff on their phones in view of customers. You could be waiting 15 minutes for food that you ordered before you got there and the staff don't check on waiting customers. Food quality has gone downhill opened a Burger to remake it because half of it was falling out of the bun.

This girl called hailey was extremely rude and disrespectful she said someone my size shouldn’t be eating hjs which is harmful to my ed.should have just drank some water and toked instead of going to this place.very angry i wish i could give it 0 stars

Had a classic chicken burger inside the restaurant today, I must say it was the best burger I'd ever had, 10 out of 10.

Absolutely disgusting, working down that way, have pulled in here twice, first time was not good, but gave it another go, won't be back there would rather take my own while down that way
