49I had a dreadful experience at this Hungry Jack's. The service was abysmal, and it felt like the staff couldn't care less about my order. To make matters worse, the food took an eternity to arrive. The guy that was packing the food picked his ear and then started touching my food. Which made me leave frustrated and famished. I won't be returning anytime soon.
Can't let me enter the shop and when I enter the drive-thru, not willing to serve. Worst place to go for night craving of burgers, better go to Macca's near to it.
Never recommend this place.
Worst hungry jack's I've ever had, burger paties were inedible like they'd been sitting there for 8 hours. Staff were depressing aswell. Putting me off jack's for a whole year atleast
Super super slow, more worried about talking to a worker off duty than preparing an order. 25 mins for a family meal on a sunday afternoon when there where two others in the store.
Dirty and terrible service if you dine in. Probably not as slow if you're using the drive through, waited at the counter and got ignored as the teenagers running the joint giggle and gossip.
Sunday night - waited 34 minutes for a fried chicken burger, a medium fries, 3 nuggets, a sauce, and a medium drink.absolute joke.tried to communicate to staff but constantly ignored all customers.no excuse, there was more than enough staff on.then saw manager outside talking to random people.help your team out, ensure your staff are doing their job right, your at work, not on holiday, the poor staff went through so much stress because of lack of management.will be filing a complaint to head office on manager on day, and front staff that night.
Far too slow in service. Needs to improve the efficiency of how quickly the meals come out at the drive thru
The person taking the order was in a great hurry and wanted to rush the order. The order was not taken down correctly and took a very long time to be completed.

Today hungry jacks at marion charged me extra $3 for the family bundle which actual cost is $26.95 by saying they haven't updated the actual cost of family bundle in thier vouchure. If u can't charge us what its return in vouchers so why u guyz advertise the voucher. I wouldn't suggest my friends for hungry jacks anymore
Horrible management who throw only 3 kids to run the whole place on a Saturday morning. They were trying their best. Disgusting and annoying people who runs restaurant understaffed. Inconvenience all over.

Disappointed. Really Really Really Bad service. I can not Believe how Bad the service is here. Asked the girl how much would it be 6-7$. She said Yeah.got no receipt and thought that was kinda odd, got home checked my transaction and I found out I got charged $10.rang who I thought was the manager to complain (I wouldn't really know as they didn't say who they were). She checked what I had ordered. I was told they had made a mistake And then she didn't even say sorry for her staff ripping me off $3.50. Chips were cold as well. Avoid. Hit and miss. Usual fast food. On occasion, 3 from memory, I was told at the drive through that orders couldn't be taken at this time due to computer issues. Besides that the staff that have served me have all be good and polite.
Staff members r rude.specialy with uber drivers.not every staff member but most of the staff members.

Pathetic is the word. It's now fast food.it's slow food. They make you wait 25 minutes at the drive through and then give you the wrong order. This has now happened more than once.
