The burger was great the coke was nice but the onion rings where freaking awesome hungry jacks is 100% better than Mac Donald's every day of the week 24/7

Order was incorrect was missing chips, waited 15mins for "fast food" have had better service at different Hungry Jacks franchises.

Ordered extra pickle didn’t get any & only got couple bits lettuce no onion - very disappointing especially when you only have HJ once or twice a year.

Worst experience ever. Ordered a Vegan Rebel whopper meal with Vegan Cheese and Vegan Mayo. Received a non vegan burger. When I called the store the store manager was rude and not helpful and had to go without dinner as couldn’t leave the house due injury. Avoid this store at all costs if you have any dietary requirements.

Food served only just mildly warm so not a good place to eat if you want a nice hot meal, other than that its ok and service is ok. Update: - staff have improved and even tho you have to ask burger was served nice and hot and was enjoyable to eat, almost as good as it was years ago when the patties came straight off the griller to your burger hot and fresh.

Good for children. Food is ok. Quick easy meal if you're running out of time.

What has happened to HJ's Salisbury (used to be pretty good 6 months ago) last meal totally inedible, cold frys, nuggets, ordered grilled chicken burger looked like a piece of bacon at first, thin, burnt, felt ripped off and ill afterwards. The food has been poor quality for some time now, won't be back.

The Ultimate Double Whopper lived up to its name, well, almost. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the process of ordering and picking up my food smooth. I would definitely order this again.

Always follow requests. Some of the service staff could use a little coaching on customer service. Majority of the time you can tell they don't want to be there and are short and abrupt

Very short on pleasantries - burger averagely hot - onion rings averagely hot, closed the window too quick to request additional salt

I surgest you stop buying this kinda food it's all got amonia in it.

Absolutely rude service, lazy workers couldn't even put my kids meals in the kids box just dumped them in a brown bag and said they ran out of toys, when I said that's pretty lazy I was told to "go somewhere else then".

WARNING! The management at HJ's Salisbury MUST have changed recently (early 2022) as the burgers are almost un-eatable. They look exactly like a town burger at 3am complete with minimal, stale lettuce and tomato, squashed down into a near FLAT burger! The buns looked and tasted exactly like Coles brand plain buns, breaks apart just looking at it and not one sesame seed on top.

I don't know if the other burgers are still the same, or have also become cheaply made but I just can't take that chance, not after the 5 straight bad food experiences that my family and I have just had, so I'm not going back there again and that's a shame because the burgers 'were' once the best that I've had in years, but not now, yuk.

Went to pick up my on line order at 10: 30pm to find the store was closed. The girl I spoke to in the drive thru said they had run out of stock. To top it off she also could not refund my money as they had closed all the tills and lock the money away. Now I have to wait for tomorrow to see if my money is refunded as I did not pick up an order. Very disappointed… on line orders should not be able to go through if the store is unable to fill it.

Tonight we received our 3rd consecutive order over the past few months, whereby our dipping sauces (including ones we paid extra for) were not included. The service is disgusting.

I got one of those Hawaiian chicken burgers and the buns were burnt. The whole thing tasted like charcoal

Worse $13 chicken Burger I've had the chicken was hard like it had been cooked twice I couldn't even see the mayo which was meant to make it spicy

Workers are Very rude and not cooperative. Took too much time to deliver in Drive through. Waiting too much time and we asked hot sauce she said no. I told I will pay but she refused. Very unprofessional.

Ordered my family dinner bundle in app, followed instructions on app, arrived at the drive through to collect my order, just to be told “sorry we are closed early as we are out of stock. Then get offered a refund when I tell them it was online order and drive to the second window. Arrive at the window to be told sorry but all the rolls are closed and money is in the safe! Now not only did I not get food for my family but I didn’t get my refund either. When I question this the reply is it should be refunded after 24hrs. This is just not good enough!
