Some great items for the practical minded. Some things you could get cheaper at Bunnings etc but there are some excellent storage solutions.

Went to return the faulty product. When I spoke to someone on the phone who was AMAZING, she gave me all the information I needed to return the product over the phone.
However, the woman i spoke to in the store was so ASTOUNDING rude and refused to give a refund, even with a reference number for the refund. Until she was told that the refund was already approved by a manager, then she was very aggressive when telling me that they don't have it in stock. The product was in the back with my name on it, so i knew that they had it.
When this was told to her, she was not happy.that was made abundantly clear by the way she stomped off and back and dropped the new box on the floor!
All other staff are amazing. Unfortunately, it's just one person who made this experience a bad one.

Had a order thought I had to wait forever but they came through. Very happy with my purchase and the staff are all good even the L plated cashiers! Good value.

Enjoyed my visit to Howard Storage World at Mile End. Served by a very pleasant young man. I'm sure he will be a great asset to the company. Very happy with my purchases

Great place even if you think you have everything you need they are bound to have one more knick knack or kitchen or storage tool that you just cannot live without or is it just me.

We were greeted happily by the staff and it was all uphill from there. The service was outstanding without being pushy. Especially Jasna, who saw that our 3yo son was in an excitable mood and it was becoming a lot to handle whilst trying to make big decisions for our new house. Jasna spoke so respectfully to our son, asked him questions and engaged with him in an incredible way. Our entire day of shopping would've gone very differently if it wasn't for her. So thank you, so very much.

The twelve shoe cubby I bought from Howard’s today was horrendously bad quality, and after I logged in and reviewed it on their website in detail, Howard’s did not display the review - very shonky practice and very shonky product!

Great place to browse all of the different types of storage options available these days well worth a visit.

I am so glad my friend recommended this store to me. I am amazed with the many possibilities for storing and organising things at home. The store has a variety of products, the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices could be better, but still within reach. I will be returning for more.

One star for the polystyrene noodle packaging used to pad my online purchase. Most shops have swapped to biodegradable packaging like cardboard. Please consider swapping to more environmentally responsible packaging materials.

We have just downsized and moved into a Lifestyle Village, so storage and space was paramount.
After studying, circling and ‘dog eared’ pages of the catalogue we came into the store Wednesday and was assisted by Madie. Thank you Madie for looking after us and helping us with our decision making. You would have thought we bought enough, but we were back in today and sorry we missed you!

Love Howard's Storage they have everything you could wish for and give great idea options can spend a lot of time and money there.

Pricey but good quality products and helpful staff also great space saving ideas. Rated 4 stars since their business model has a good portion of items that are on shelf but that need to be ordered in. They are labelled as such though.

Great store. So many great ideas to organise your house. I always leave with more than I went there for. Highly recommended!
