11 Massive shoutout to Matt from the warehouse, we had a small defect on the table from factory and Matt made sure to sort it out a quickly and efficiently as possible by replacing the table ASAP.

I love this shop, staff are amazing especially the lady that works on a Monday and I think Tuesday, she is the best, always ready to give great ideas as I am always at a loss of what to buy for gifts and she always saves the day and gift wraps for me absolutely amazing service I just wish I could remember her name.

Have had first class service from all the girls at this store. Thoroughly enjoy going into this store.
Bought a chair, it wouldn't fit in my car so I arranged for them to deliver it instead. We agreed on a morning delivery and the driver would call us 30 minutes before he arrived. We got the call when he was at the front gate, I went out to give him a hand to bring in the chair, he opened his van pointed at the box and said "Well? Take it then"
I paid for this delivery! They weren't doing me a favour! I don't know if he was there usual driver or whether he was having a bad day but they can safely assume that they have lost a customer.
