Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The store manager wasn't at all helpful and refused to do a refund on a damanged product sold to me. Instead, she accused me of trying to return a used item which I only had for a few hours. Feeling ripped-off and insulted. Never going back there again.

Always smell so great walking into this store, lots of candles and scents to make your home smell so good. Plenty of house decorations not too many garden items. Lots of furniture for indoors, not too many for outdoors. I love all the ornaments that are available in-store around Christmas time.
Staff can be a hit and miss and aren’t too helpful at times.

Visited this place today and experienced the worst customer service ever from the manager on duty. She was ignorant and disrespectful.

I visited the store last Sunday and was greeted by Lara I wondered through the store found what I needed and asked Lara for some help well Lara was so helpful extremely lovely and even helped with fitting the items in my car which I was so thankful for, what a great team member for House & Gardens.

Have been buying furniture, wall pictures, and kitchen goods, all sorts, great array of products, great store, Lina is so helpful, for years

Extremely angry. Ordered 6 dining chairs that were on the shop floor in July, came to pay for them before pick up and was told they'd been sold. Aug 2019 ordered the same chairs, was told they'd arrive November, then told they'd arrive February 2020. Checked today, they haven't been ordered yet! Never again!

My partner dragged me into this venue & I was pleasantly surprised at the range of their products. I thought their wares were a little pricey & I couldn't quite discern whether the quality matched the said prices. But a few discounted items were enough to entice my partner to make some acquisitions. We came on a Sunday & I must say that the sales lady that appeared in charge was excellent. Her demeanor was warm, inviting, a sense of humour & professional, exactly how one would expect a salesperson to ideally be. We liked her, we'll be back & have no hesitation in recommending one has a look & perusal. Cheers.

Great for some retail therapy. I love coming here when I need to get out of the house and spend some money, there is a great variety of products and service is always fantastic, I am never not greeted at some point while I'm in the store.
They often have great sales on so it makes the perfect one stop shop for a cute little gift for friends or family

Great selection of products, cheap but quality. Friendly staff and overall a great gift or homeware shopping destination

I found this place sorta expensive. You could probably make half of this staff for free or find it at Bunnings for less.
