24Really enjoyed our stay at HotelMotel. Clean, spacious room and excellent location on the quieter side of the city, but perfect for us as we needed parking. Within walking distance of Chinatown, Himeji Gardens and Hutt St cafes. Fabulous staff and delicious hamper. Would happily stay here again and recommend to interstate guests.
Love the place to only bummer was the room we stayed at the blind don’t cover the window all the way so you could see outside. The light was also on outside and that kept me awake too.

The room must have also been a new room and no one had used it because my dad had to use his private information to set up the tv that why I’m going to lower it down from a 4 to a 3 star review.
Amazing renovation! The place has a classic motel quality on the outside, and the room was 100% Really liked the power points with USB sockets above the bedside tables. Easy to charge your devices. Being able to park outside the room was great. Don't think you can do that anywhere else in the CBD. A short walk to The Terrace Hotel for breakfast was no drama. I'd recommend staying here. Brand new renovated rooms so beautiful. Slept like a log in the king size bed, no noise from busy South terrace. Staff were fantastic everything in the room was so clean even though it's been renovated no dust just clean.
