The manager and his staff took 20mins to make a menulog/ubereats /doordash order and a driver was waiting 30mins. The manager and his assistant manager both Greek were both rude to some friends of ours who ordered food and the manager yelled at some drivers who were waiting 30mins to bring food to a customer who the customer was not happy with how long there order is taking. Please do not come to this place. This place doesn't manage their high priority drivers to deliver food to customers not just in the shop but to residents and businesses

The staff here is friendly, the food is great and I felt like I was at home after stepping through the door!
I gotta love the chicken, it is delicious and perfectly cooked in the rotisserie, the chips are crispy and soft in the inside and very addictive although they were hot for a bit and the deep fried oreos are just mind blowing and nostalgic!

Last time I ordered the fish, it was like rubber and could not be eaten. Did not complain as thought it was a one off and tonight, a month later, showed it was. However, the note in response to my added comment was that I must not have ordered from them as they have never had a complaint about their fish. I checked out as a Guest with Uber this time so may not have shown previous orders. I can assure you, that lot, was not good and maybe you don't always receive complaints. A Sunday night so maybe it was an off night. Otherwise, despite numerous bones on occasion, usually reliable and pleasant to deal with. Customers can be right and not be after anything other than a better experience next time round

Love the food especially the chips, yiros, hamburgers and especially the hotdogs. They make them quickly and efficiently staying warm when they get home

Sizing is very small just payed $14 for chips and gravy to be this small thur uber eats.i think you should add photo sizing to the uber eats so people know what there getting, as a lot of other chicken shops the small is a lot bigger then that

If your after great food cooked perfectly by great friendly staff then this is the place for you. Great fresh food that tastes amazing, good prices and very clean and tidy. Cannot recommend these guys high enough.keep up the awesome work.

This is an absolutely amazing chicken shop! The food is fantastic especially the chips and the staff are so friendly and welcoming, really love the whole atmosphere of the chicken shop. Would highly recommend, definitely the best chicken shop in Adelaide.

Overpriced for what you get. The quantity is equal with the quality in that it is lacking. Better chip shops around. It's not my first bad feed here.

Easy to walk over from work and get my dinner. Service is fast and friendly, the food is tasty and well made, so I have a nice hot meal to eat on break at work.

Not only do you get quality delicious food from Hope Valley chicken bar but the staff are amazing. So friendly and efficient. I’ve moved out the area now but I still drive the extra to buy dinner from this wonderful place. Highly recommend.

Great little chicken shop. Chips sizes are a little smaller than most places but they are worth it!

The food was hot for a long time and the chips some had some horrible vegetable taste in it they need to change the recipe

Update: went back here and I tryed the chicken and it was burnt dry and rough and I had the chips they where salty but hot for ages I waited a whole hour for the food to cool down and it just was still hot so I ate the food carefully after I ate them my stomach started to get a burnt sharp pain and my through was burning felt I’ll and vomited then a few hours later at 7 I went to the doctors they said the food was cooked badly and used some oil for the food to be hot as fire they said the food completely burnt my throat my and not just the food that wrecked my stomach and throat it was also what they used to make it NOT TO RECOMMEND I had to use medications and drink bottles of ice cold water a lot took me 2 days to recover from this I couldn’t sleep beacuse the pain to

A very good chicken/fish, a good selection of items to choose from always fresh, shop in Hope Valley, situated with other shops including chemist and Foodland supermarket, close to Valley in hotel, lots of easy parking

Been a customer for over 20 years but within the last 2 months their delicious food has declined. Their chips have gone from crunchy and fluffy to just cooked, pale and floury. The baked potatoes are not very good and ended up throwing it away. I hope that they go back to the delicious food they are known for.

Awesome chips - right up there contending for the best I've had anywhere in the world.
Just try the combo yiros with haloumi, you will not be disappointed.

This chicken shop is so amazing. The food is really good. The people who left bad reviews don't know what they are talking about. They are a very good business. They keep their reputation as high as the quality of food they serve. The food is so good, I saw a little bit of when they were making my chicken and it was made with the cleanest ingredients. The staff are so friendly! Would highly recommend!
