Hi, i just finished my courses at Hope. And i would like to leave a message about there. Hope training is one of the best school i recomend to anyone who want to do individual support, Disability home and community Care or even other courses to go to Hope training! Their training is really helpful, teachers are amazing so you want regret.
I referred couple of my friends to do certificate 3 in aged care and they all are happy customers and satisfied 1000 percent.
A Perfect place to the person who wants to work and study as they are offering weekend classes.
Very happy with this college! The small number of students allows them to focus of each student and their needs. The trainers are so friendly and always there if i need anything or have any concerns. They are genuinely care for each student and help them succeed.
If you are highly motivated to be a Carer, and looking for a diverse cultural learning environment, Hope Training College is the right place for you.
Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED to anyone AT ALL. My wife did cert 3 course with them last year in August but still did not receive her certificate.they kept saying it's coming from interstate since this January but nothing happening till now. Absolutely WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever had for money that we paid for. NO MANAGEMENT SKILLS To Run business as PROFESSIONAL at All. Still got Stuck with them to have our Certificate to be issued. No Follow UP what so ever regarding any issues that has been addressed to them. Even the classes were not that helpful either in terms of learning. We got NOTHING OUT OF THEM EXCEPT DISAPPOINTMENT and DISSATISFACTION.
I have done my Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) from hope training.the faculty are very cooperative throughout the studies. I had a fabulous experience while studing with them.
I completed my aged course and disablity cousre from hope training, i have good experience with this. All the staff and way of teaching is very nice, effective and helpfull for all the learners. I recommend to every come here and take benefits from hope training.

I had really good experience. Friendly staff and they are flexible. Straight forward payment option without any extra charges. I was not performing very well on my Work-Placement so they come at work placement and train me in the aged care facility. Thank-You
