We both had the best battered, thick piece of Flake today served with chips & tasty tartare sauce for lunch. $12.50 each. OUTSTANDING.

Truly the best fish and chips down Brighton/Hove way. Chips cooked and seasoned to perfection, and my butterfish had a perfect crunch too. Only one person working but he did a great job and we didn’t wait long at all. Need to bring more people here so they can relocate closer to the beach! - How are there no good fish and chip spots by Brighton beach? ! However, this place is definitely worth the drive (3 mins from the beach), don’t spend your money elsewhere.

Best fish and chips I've had for a long time! Quick cheerful service and a big range on the menu, including a vegan burger.

Plenty of car parks nearby. The deep fried Butterfish was 10/10; batter thin & crispy, fish tasty, not greasy at all. Fresh n hot!

Took a while to get our order even after ordering on the phone and they missed things from our order.

It was an Uber order didn’t put all the order we called them and they wouldn’t take responsibility, and they said that to call Uber cancel the order to refund and then order again.
Terrible service extremely disappointing after ordering in this shop for a long long time.
I went to pick up the rest of the order and the chips they were uncooked.
The Nee Owners they don’t know nothing about Customer Service.

Good Friday, a bit of a wait, but they were extremely busy, and the wait was worth it, steak sandwich was fresh and crisp, and fully over loaded, filled the tummy, friendly staff.

Am a regular to this shop and have enjoyed over several different visits, their chicken, fish and chips. Chips are the best in this area in my opinion! They also do really good cheap weekday lunch deals

Had some fish, prawns, burger and chips. Chips were flavorless which made no sense considering how much salt they had doused them in. Burger was flavorless aswell. Fish was meh, prawns were stringy. They are nice people but for 45 dollars worth of food I could have had a better time at KFC. I wouldn't waste your money here. Don't really understand all the 5 star reviews? I guess people must have pretty low expectations if they think this is good. It's below average at best.

I ordered a large chips and gravy, 8 nuggets and a medium salad at 6: 15 in store.
I waited outside until 6: 55 before even receiving my order. I had orders after me, much bigger, including chips, burgers, fish, all receive their orders first. I had mentioned to staff at 6: 40 that I was still waiting. Then upon receiving it, the chips and gravy were cold. Was just a really disappointing experience, staff were rude.

Unfortunately we received someone else's schnitzel pack instead of one of our yiros packs. The yiros pack we did get was great and I'm sure they would've fixed it for us if we'd gone back as the staff were friendly, but being in boxes we didn't realise until after we got home.

These guys are absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond to give my family and I such special service with amazing food

Probably the worst fish I've had. Still had scales and other inedible fins etc on it. The batter was like cardboard. The pieces were tiny. And the chips were DEEP fried to the point where there was no white parts of the potato left. Thought about taking it all back. Perhaps they were just having a bad day? The lady who served me was nice.

First time ordering, the chips were inedible. Stone cold, burnt and soggy. Gravy was powdery. Chicken was the only edible thing. Very disappointing

Used to be the go to Schnitty pack down Brighton way, have given it plenty of chances over the last 6 months but has dropped in both size and quality massively

Honestly phenomenal! Amazing customer service and superb food. The chips were crisp and just the right amount of salty, the chicken was super flavourful and the jam doughnuts? Phenomenal. Perfect distance from the beach to drive down and park to eat your food, and the person who served us was SUCH a delight!

Fresh tasting food. Great fish and chips. Descent price for quality. Friendly staff. Very quick service. It feels good to find a good chicken shop when you move into a new area. I recommend this place 100%. I will be telling as much people I can
