HNS! Where do I even start.
This company has the Best management I have ever seen. The care they provide is by far the Best. I have worked in so many agencies and trust me, if the dice rolled again, I would still chose this company.
Kate you are amazing on how you provide quality care of life. You have always put the needs of your clients and staffs before yours. This is the BEST CARE PROVIDER I KNOW OF. Thank you for creating such a conducive environment of work place. Most of the times I ask friends to join HNS family. This is how much I connect myself with this company. If I ever need support myself, will always prefer HNS.

I have worked with HNS for a few years and during that time my admiration has grown if that was even possible. I was impressed from my first meeting with Kate. Management, RN'S, Nurses, Support Workers all work together with People requiring assistance to fullfill their ambitions and dreams and live life to the fullest. Enabling with dignity and respect. I have worked for several agencies over the past 15 years in the Community and been associated with others through Participants.

What started with light duties and companionship and ended in the most treasured palliative care is truly a credit to the team. I sincerely thank you for all your support.

After many years of searching for a Support Agency with heart, I finally discovered HNS. The core staff are so organised and incredibly helpful. The Support Workers are good. I feel as though I can finally start living my life instead of my Care being my life.

Hi my name is Bradley Austin i was a client of kate not a good services broke all the rules of age care i was the one who reported her to federal health they did a investigation and found her in breach of number of rules they have sanctions in place for 6 months her staff are real bad so not a good service for care ect in for the money that all thank you bradley 9/12/18 update 11/12/18 since i did this revue i received a email from Kate complaining about my right to do a review she as sent various copy of my review to lawyers age care acats police state health doctor gee it nice to be loved she spends all her time worrying about what i doing ect real get a life why don't you fix you own business up and stop ruining around sending emails ect have you got a fixation with me or what you don't have permission to give my name email address phone ect out any person or department.if i hear you are still doing this i get my own lawyer to sort it out ok and i wont bluff i have talk to the police about all of this the public have a right to know this information you are geting public funds so stop what you are going yes age care ect i have told them about this save you the trouble ok thank you

Kate and her team have brought the life back to my mother who wants to live independently in her own home. She has guided my family through the process and took the time when no-one else did when I was desperately trying to find help. Her carer Sylvia has been incredible to my mum and I am so very grateful for their exceptional care, empathy, understanding and a sense of humour. Thank you to Kate and her team at Home Nursing Solutions the difference to my mothers emotional being is incredible. I live interstate and Kate has offered her assistance 24 hours a day on call if needed. Gives me peace of mind:)

Home Nursing Solutions have been wonderful to my mother. Her wish has to stay in the family home and they can't do enough. Mum recently had surgery and her recovery with their help and care has just been amazing.
They also helped with rails safety issues we hadn't considered and information for all the family that has given us such peace of mind.

A caring thoughtful team of very professional staff. Nothing is to much. The care given to both patient and family is out standing. Definately recommend them to anyone looking for in home care for a loved one.
