Spoke with a lovely woman named Katherine yesterday, she was helpful, thorough and compassionate, answering all my questions regarding studying a Certlll in Individual support. She went above and beyond for me and I will truly never forget her or her kindness. Thanks to Katherine I found out about Governmemt funding for my course of choice! I have enrolled and will be starting next month! Thanks again Katherine!

Well it's up and down sometimes staff are good other times no. Often there can be language barriers and this can make it difficult when residents have specific dietary needs or nursing needs. One would hope that this is all explained at interview or put in place during their studies for aged care. But staff are not nurses or chefs. They don't realise there are serious ramifications for feeding the wrong food, or letting wounds go in attended that need daily care.

Mum is looked after well staff friendly and caring very helpful great work.

I’m very impressed with the care and consideration the management and staff at Holly give to my mother. She is safe and well cared for which relieves a huge amount of stress for our family. They are always on hand to speak with you if you have any concerns and we are immediately contacted if they have any concerns. She couldn’t be better cared for. 5 stars from us.

Very poor service, residents Hygienic very poor, short staff all the time, carers should be pay better wages, that should be the responsibility of the government and nursing homes, all carers should be payed the same child carers, disability carers and aged care

Well-presented facilities for the more able. Needs more public guest parking.
