Really lovely spot. We booked last minute and Peter was so accommodating of us. We stayed for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Lovely atmosphere inside and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Highly recommended.

Visiting a guest and just loved the decor and homey feels. I would definitely look at staying in my future trips to Adelaide when I'm not in a house sit. Really lovely and Fullarton is such a quiet neighbourhood close to everything. Love the area too. Was nostalgic going for a walk afterwards. I love how they have kept the original stone cottage.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning beauty of the property. The well-kept gardens were simply amazing and the highlight of our stay had to be the incredible pool. It was crystal clear and provided the perfect oasis for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The apartments themselves were equally impressive, with stylish decor that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and enjoy them on the lovely patio overlooking the gardens with some local friends.

The location was a dream come true - peaceful and secluded yet close enough to everything we needed. We both slept soundly each night and woke up feeling refreshed and ready to explore.

But what truly sets Hollidge House Apartments apart is the exceptional cleanliness and the wonderful host, Peter. He went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and his attention to detail was truly impressive.

Hollidge house pool villa was brilliant, great value for money and great location, villa was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and the bathroom was great, added bonuses with the selections of tea and coffee, all in all the villa was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Gorgeous retreat in the middle of Adelaide. The pool villa is fantastic and every detail is thought through thoroughly.
If you stay in Adelaide and want to be central, yet feel like in your own little Tuscan villa escape, this is the place to stay!

We have spent the last week staying at Hollidge House, 4 nights in the Pool Villa and 3 Nights in apartment 3. These are both absolutely stunning.
The Pool Villa is like being transported out of Adelaide into a New York Loft, that happens to have its backyard in a tropical paradise. There is so much attention to detail, everything you need for a longer stay is catered for and the bed is very comfortable.
Apartment 3 is like staying over at your favourite Adelaide Eastern Suburbs bungalow (like my parents place, in the best way possible) you feel completely at home and comfortable in this beautifully styled apartment. It feels a lot bigger than it is, and leaving the back door open to watch the summer sunsets on the warm nights was just awesome.
Thanks Pete for your great hospitality, even though we live in the same suburb i'm sure we will be back for a pool staycation next summer!

This is a very nice one room AirBnB house, very quiet place, well decorated interior, clean environment, complete with all living facilities and accessories, free WIFI, free parking, easy access to supermarket or restaurants plus friendly owner, we are highly recommended if you are looking for an Airbnb unit.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Hollidge House and Peter was such a friendly and accomodating host! We were in The Colonial apartment and it was so beautifully styled, well appointed and filled with thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Adelaide!

Hollidge House was absolutely stunning and extremely comfortable. Peter's hosting capabilities are second to none. My partner and I had a fantastic stay and it was very convenient being close to the city and yet in such a quiet street. The house really felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be back - hopefully when it's a bit warmer so we can get more use out of that awesome pool!

The Colonial @ Hollidge House is such a beautiful, well appointed little abode so close to everything. It was the perfect place for our little getaway. Will definitely be back.

I recently visited Adelaide for a work trip and had the pleasure of staying in the Hollidge House Colonial Suite. The apartment was clean, surprisingly spacious and had a great homely feel. Cute little courtyard for morning coffee too! Highly recommend dinner at Hispanic Mechanic and Nordburger around the corner (walking distance). Supermarket is at the end of the street and an Uber was only $12 to the CBD. Will certainly be back.

This is a very special property with beautiful accommodation and garden. The location is very quiet with easy access to shopping.
