My family being going here since late '90s and the food is still as great as ol' days. I never fail to order my fav Custard Apple drink every time.

I have had many pho. It's my favourite meal. There are many good ones in the area. I had one for breakfast today that was amazing. This place was so disappointing. I thought I would try it as I had seen many Asian people go in there. I ordered an XL rare beef pho. Firstly I was given one tiny piece if chili (white people don't like chilli apparantly) so I had to ask for more. Then the pho itself was really poor. The broth was really weak, lacking flavour, and they gave me very little beef. There was nothing good about it. As I say, I love pho, the one I had this morning on Grand Junction Road was 10x better. Disappointing.

I just got back from Vietnam a couple of weeks ago and was still feeling the food hangover from how amazing the food was there. That is when I came across this restaurant not far from where I live in Woodville.

I tried their Spring Rolls Vermicelli and my gf tried their Hu Tieu Nam Vang (Phnom Penh Rice Noodles). We absolutely love the dishes as they taste very close to the authentic ones we just had in Vietnam a couple weeks ago.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Vietnamese restaurant, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional - the staff was attentive, friendly!

Now, let's talk about the food. Wow! The dishes were not only delicious but also incredibly fresh. Each bite was bursting with authentic flavors, and you could tell that the ingredients were of the highest quality. From the flavorful pho to the delectable spring rolls, every dish left us craving for more.

I can't recommend this restaurant enough for its combination of good service and amazing, fresh Vietnamese cuisine. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to go back for another memorable meal.

Never have to wait because there’s always a table available. Service is good, but they always forget table water.

Food was good in general. I like the egg noodle with fried chicken, laksa, crab meat roll, and fried wonton. I believe the wonton wrap is made from egg, yum. I don’t like tom yum and beef pho though…

Food 3/5 - it's standard for a cheapish Hanson Rd meal.
Service 2/5 - Virtually non existent but they're polite.
Atmosphere 1 (or 0) /5 - there is NO atmosphere here; no music on, and you can hear everything out in the kitchen, etc.
Would I go again? Yes. Husband said Pho was ok, but not great. I got the beef & pork spicy soup, which was tasty, but I wrestled with the noodles, due to differing noodles.

I tried the dry Nam Vang glass noodle and love it. The taste reminds me of the South West of Vietnam. They also have plenty of iconic dishes that rarely appear elsewhere.
The owner lay is also friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and tidy.
Would try again.

Worst experience for a vietnamese resturant. The food was stale. My 6 year old’s tummy was upset after eating here. The food is blah and nothing much.
The service is the worst ever, I have experienced in my life. The waitress rolled her eyes at me when I asked for room temperature water. I am sure she brought back the same jug of water, just removed the ice. She looked like she couldnt wait for us to leave. I am surprised why this place has a 4 rating.
Take my advice - DONT GO HERE! Its absolutely terrible!

The soup base is so delicious and has the best flavour, the owners are so lovely and friendly always happy to chat. Very highly recommend this restaurant everything on the menu in delicious never been disappointed.

Excellent Vietnamese food served by friendly and helpful people. Been going there for about 10 years as the food is fantastic, great serving sizes and reasonably priced.

Really friendly and attentive service. The food came out promptly but was clearly freshly made. Generous serves and delicious food. I can definitely recommend the crab spring rolls - I was transported back to Vietnam! Lots of space between the tables which was nice.

I had a bad experience at this restaurant. I ordered Phnom Penh noodle soup, I asked the one who took my order that noodle soup has a dry version or not but she said no. Then we waited for 10 mins, they gave me Combination Pho and told me that what I ordered. I left there with disappointment about the customer service (the young lady with black tshirt), she did not even apologise and suggest to remake another one.

Fantastic attentive service from the restaurant owners who take pride in their business. All meals are prepared fresh from natural ingredients. I had the house special pork spare ribs soup. It was delicious and satisfying, mild spicy.

I have had the pleasure of dining here many times. It is a popular local restaurant for good reason.

Ordered via Uber Eats and the food was amazing. I'm a Viet so I have higher standards for Viet foods, this place is spot on! We ordered broken rice with pork chop, crispy skin pork belly + sunny side egg, and spicy beef noodles soup (bun bo hue). Both are so good and filling.

Food comes in decent portion, fast service, little pricey and kitchen staffs can be very loud, you could even hear them while dining.

We had a great, mid-week lunch at Hoang Gia. Spring rolls served piping hot, cold rolls were fresh and packed with delicious filling and the combination soup really hit the nail on the head. The owners were really chatty especially when they found out I was going to be travelling to Vietnam in the upcoming weeks

One of our favorite Pho noodles, and we have been frequent. Unfortunately the hospitality from the lady boss in our last 2 visits is not pleasant. As soon as we are finishing our meals, she came to our table uttering words hinting that we should leave now for patrons waiting outside. It seems jokingly, but me and my friends all get the message. With the same attitude back to back, it is unfortunate that any of us will visit again. When hospitality is at the lowest, it doesn't matter any more how good the food taste.
