Unfortunately my daughter and myself had a very bad experience at around 12: 00PM 06/10/2023 at the Rundel Mall store. My 11year old daughter was making her first dress purchase and the behaviour of the one of the staff members towards her was disgusting. When we were asking about the purchase, The staff member with long black hair was very rude and insulting in her response. I would suggest that we had zero customer service and for an adult staff member to treat an 11 year old girl and her mother in such a way was revolting. It absolutely ruined my daughters first buying experience and although we love the H&M product we will not walk into another H&m store again based on this horrible staff experience.

This World renown retailer provides an extensive range of womens, mens, childrens clothing, accessories and homewares, swimwear, footwear and accessories!
Do have some great specials and reductions from time to time! Two large floors of shopping in central Rundle Mall location. Have noticed the men's clothing range and quality is not the same this year as it was last year! Plenty of stock to choose from but it is advisable to buy quick as their prices are greatly competitive and reasonable, considering the quality and availability! They're open 7days!

They don’t give you your money back. They give you “gift cards” with less of the money you paid. Not to mention the quality of clothing is pathetic.
I rather have 10 outfits that last a good while (in good conditions) than 60+ cheap outfits from H&M.

H and M is a great place to recycle old material which is no good to donate to op shops

Not alot of attractive plus sized options compared to the regular section if you're in between sizes like myself you might just get lucky to find something cute that fits.

My one wish.they have all sizes in stock. Too often only very small or very large sizes on the racks. Surely stock control can tell them what is popular?
Other than that, the clothing is well priced and their sustainable options are increasing.

The winter collection in the men's section is much better as compared to the last year, though the way they are displayed is confusing. It was difficult to find a long sleeves T Shirt in the store in this mid winter season and when it was asked by a staff, rather than taking me to the section she pointed near the jeans section instead to let me figure it out myself.

In store: the clothes aren't of the highest quality regarding: the material texture and feel on the body. They can be rather thin and lacking color. But the online knit wear selection (not available in store) is amazing ️ warm, thick, well made, fits great, colorful and affordable.

As soon as I entered the store this morning at around 9: 30am there were three employees at the front door and none of them bothered to acknowledge or greet me or offer me any assistance. They were more interested in talking amongst themselves.
That's not very good customer service.
Other stores in the city this morning DID greet me with a warm and friendly smile. Why should I return to H&M?

Made to wait 20 minutes in the queue because the attendant persuaded the person in front of me sign up to their members club, they held up the line while they completed the whole process

Upper market Target type quality, almost a non-name brand similar to Target in that way. Good price and relatively good quality. Target can be better though because they have potentially a wider variety of quality. For example you can get pure wool jumpers for men at Target, I don’t recall seeing that kind of thing at H&M.

I'm out of touch with prices on clothing, maybe I'm just getting old.good place gor the young ones went t with my daughter

I bought a $15 belt thru H&M online along with other clothes. All was worth more than $70 so I didn't have to pay a delivery fee. However the belt was too big so I wanted to exchange to a smaller one. I went to H&M store in the city to ask for an exchange but they said I can't do that because I bought it online. I need to return it back and ask for either refund or a smaller size. That's all good except I have to pay $10 to send it back. This means it would cost me $25 for a belt which costs only $15. Why can't I exchange it in the store. Isnt online store or offline store all the same H&M?

Wife loves the place, some seats for the husbands and boyfriends would gain more sales, no where to sit.

Happily found something that would fit me in this store when others seem only to cater for 8-14

Merchandise us constantly turning over. Sad how there is lack in communication with staff regarding merchandise. Inquired about a dress in window display, informed it was last one and Sold. Still on mannequin a week later. Won't be returning in a hurry

Something for everyone, but somehow seems like nothing for anyone. I doubt I'll ever actually buy anything I like from H&M

Such a big store with seriously 2 fitting room areas.and half of spaces closes because of covid, do let's people stay together in massive lines.
Disappointing!

Lovey staff very helpful.change rooms super busy so I didnt bother trying on my purchase hope it fits.

They encourage social distancing but keep one set of changing rooms closed on a Saturday afternoon? No one checking the queue is set 1.5m apart. Not to mention the snail pace.
