Hishigata Concept Salon

My daughter had her first perm today. She has autism and asked a lot of questions during the process and told them of each discomfort, especially the smell. Her hairdresser was patient and friendly. She explained and reassured. The end result was worth it. My daughter loves her curls. I love her curls. I definitely recommend hishigata and the lovely Scottish hairdresser who made our day.

Recently had my second visit to this awesome salon. Just wish I had known about Hishigata a long time ago. Could not have been happier as i walked out the door feeling a million dollars, looking forward to my next visit.

I made an appointment with this salon just before Christmas (2018) because my regular stylist was booked up. I explained to the stylist that my layers were way too long and I needed lots of shorter layers to enhance my natural curl. She seemed to have no concept of how to layer hair. She actually used thinning scissors to create layers (trust me, my hair did not need thinning) and the end result was a mess. I walked out knowing that so many dry ends were untouched and still there because she didn't actually cut my hair. She simply thinned it out. I got 30 seconds down the road and cried.

I have recently visited Hishigata Concepts to have a colour put through my hair & a trim. I absolutely love the colour, they did a great job.

Owner lovely person. Was very impressed with my colour and cut. Skills, business ethic, hair knowledge & passion was something you dont see often in a business. You are applauded, keep up the good work.
