For all intents and purposes the place is nice and staff were ok. We however did not get the food we ordered as we watched every table that came in after us receive their food in abundance. If we only wanted the sushi bar it would have been ok, once waiting for it to be restocked however we wanted to experience the place like others had and unfortunately we didn’t get to do that. Of the 3 plates we did get, two were still on the frozen side or cold within. I went with my family which was so disappointing as we don’t get to go out for dinner much these days.

We are disappointed because we are expecting the place to have more Yakitori dishes but it ended up with lots of sushi dishes and only one skewer dish. Food quality is average. Sorry I don’t think I will go back again.

Bad quality sashimi. Nothing taste good. Not authentic Japanese at all. Very disappointed. Not worth the wait what so ever.

They were busy, seemed a little understaffed but they were trying really hard and were very pleasant! Their system was down and they handled it very well anyway! We had a table of 5 and ordered a lot of food for the all you can eat menu. Food came out in good time, and was really nice. I don't have anything bad to say about this place - would go again!

Awesome food at a great price with timely and friendly service. Would definitely recommend the all you can eat/drink specials.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this yakitori bar offering an all-you-can-eat menu, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. If you're on the lookout for authentic Japanese cuisine in the heart of the city. Highly recommend the prawns on the sashimi platter. The wasabi was good as well.

Great place, good service, good food, we stumbled upon it, didn't realise it was all you can eat but it was great value and the food was good quality. Very full!

It's basically a scam. Half of our orders weren't served and yet we had to pay for them since it's "all you can eat"

The Instagram advertisement is very misleading as half of the menu items posted were no longer available (eg scallop sashimi). Deep fried food was undercooked (karage chicken and tempura prawn were pasty white), skewers and steak were overcooked and barely edible, sashimi wasn't super fresh and oysters were limited to one serve per person despite being listed on an all you can eat menu. Food took a while to come out so we were sitting around for long periods of time in between dishes. I had to check our ordered items so many times just to see whether I actually had put them through. I was so disappointed with our dining experience here that I had to get up after 45 minutes and leave. We even had mild food poisoning because our stomach starting hurting after an hour. Maybe there's been a change in management recently because we didnt have anything that closely resembled the food on their instagram? You're better off going to Nijumaru for a much better dining experience.

After reading the latest reviews about the all you can eat, we were cautious in trying it out. However, our experience was the opposite of the most recent reviews.

The initial buffet bar was full when we arrived which provided some choices initially. The buffet bar wasn't replenished during the session but you could order these anyway. Ordering the food was straight forward and it all came out within a reasonable time.

The oysters aren't available on the menu but were easily ordered by asking the wait staff (1 serve per person). All other foods that are on their all you can eat menu were available.

The staff were lovely and we were seated in the traditional area which provided a nice atmosphere.

Overall the experience was great.

The standout feature of this establishment has to be the fresh sashimi. It's not every day that you find sashimi of this quality in an all-you-can-eat setting. Each piece was a testament to freshness and taste, and the presentation was impeccable. The green tea ice cream is the best!

Didn’t get the food we paid for.
We went with the All you can eat option (2hrs limit) and waited 40+min for the first few entrees, another 30min for a few more sushi rolls and the rest never came. We were shocked at the service and suspect it’s their tactic to rip off from customers

Staff were dismissive and actively avoided eye contact when trying to wave them down. The sushi tasted like lemon for some reason and the soft serve machine wasn’t working and any attempts to communicate this to the staff was met with deaf ears. Should’ve known better than to go somewhere TikTok recommended.

- Reviewing for the All You Can Eat -

Honestly, I hope they go back to doing yakitori. ALL the fried stuff were extremely overcooked, most notably the "Fish of the day" felt and tasted like stale chips.

I only enjoyed a sad few items out of the very limited menu, such as the beef tataki, seaweed salad, mushrooms in the tofu steak (not the tofu itself), soft shell crab sushi, cheese and salmon sushi. Sashimi was fine. Everything else should be avoided.

Staff wholly unprepared for an all you can eat, they had to extend last order and even closing time just to serve everyone. I was with a group of 3, ordered no more than 30 dishes, and still sat from 715pm - 1030pm.

2nd star goes to the staff for trying their best, staying polite, and working overtime.

Had the buffet and food took so long to come. Was there for 3 hours past closing time and didn't even get to eat til full. They were understaffed and some items we ordered didn't arrive. Options were very limited, there was only chcken skewers unlike the usual menu where they had beef, prawn, salmon, etc. Wait staff tried their best but kitchen was unprepared to hande all you can eat.

We had the buffet. Food was generally quite good. Service staff were friendly, but the food took an awful long time to come out.

Great Japanese delivered with brilliant service. Sushi and sashimi were top top quality which isn’t always the case in this sort of restaurant. Highly recommend

I love how flavourful these plates are with all the fresh ingredients especially wasabi, so fresh and reminds me how authentic they are. Highly recommended as good vibes and taste for dining.
