Hills Medical Service

My experiences with Hills Medical Service have all been positive. Wait times are no more unreasonable than any other medical service I have visited previously.

This practice has declined since Phil John's retired. Would not recommend anyone to this clinic where I had been going for 29+ years. Far from professional service.

Nick Nourse is a great doctor - I've been delighted with my experiences with him. He is very caring and very respectful. One of the best GP's I've had the pleasure to see. The other staff are lovely and pleasant too. Thanks Nick!

Edited Dec 21 - I've also been lucky enough to see Dr Oana Maftei who is also a wonderful doctor. She's a paediatrician and has a PhD in medicine! And she is very kind and clearly cares a great deal about her patients.

You will be very lucky to be cared for by either of these hard working doctors.

Very happy to have this clinic as my local doctor. All interactions and visits with Hills Medical in Aldgate have been great. Staff have always done their best to fit my family in. They bulk bill for children and all doctors I’ve seen are empathetic and great listeners. Highly recommend based on my several fantastic experiences.

Dr Nourse is a very thorough doctor, listens attentively and is very personable. I am extremely happy with the service at this clinic.

Dr Sykes is awesome, a really caring and smart guy. As someone else said if he ever goes I’m going too.

Went there about 10 times over a period of several years.nothing but very poor service every time.despite doctors running half hr late, with other patients waiting, i was told "have a seat, wont be long". Once i thought i got lucky, no other people waiting, 2 receptionists watching as i waited half hr, turns out doctor playing on his computer, forgot appointment and what? Reception too stupid to bother checking! After that i refused to see that doctor until unknown to me, i was booked to see him.following the usual trend, when i got there, the doctor was on an outcall. So by this stage all i can do is laugh and while waiting, knowing all the trouble i've had, they kindly offered me an appointment with another doctor, which i accepted. Half way through and the original doctor interupts my consultation, finger pointing and angry, telling me "dont you ever make an appointment with me again". How rude and unprofessional is that? I dont make the appointments your staff do, i didn't ask to see you either. Too many other problems to mention, a very unprofessional practice, suffice to say i have not been back.

$45 gap payment required for a consult for one Script! Never going back and I have been a client for 30 years.

We couldn't fault a thing today. A very caring Dr, pleasant admin staff and wouldn't hesitate in going back for our little one.
