Very happy with the customer service.
This year we have tried out a new wood called "Balah Oak". Amazing stuff. One piece burned over 12 hours. A little extra ash, but well worth it. Better than Red Gum.

Prompt delivery (and when Isaac said it would be delivered), very dry red gum, minimal chipped pieces. Darryl even offered to help cover it.

Delivered the next day, phoned to let us know when they were delivering. Wood was very clean and dry, they split a few pieces that were large for our stove. Very good
