Highview Holiday Village

Filthy cabin roof’s are infested with starlings, no wifi, wanted us to leave the boat out in the car park manager is like a prison warden, DONT GO THERE

We spent 5 nights here the facilities were clean and tidy the pool was fantastic the park was nice and quiet would definitely stay here again

We love highview caravan park as it so peaceful, clean, very friendly also its a good price it's very affordable. We will always come here our home away from home

Very relaxed well kept park loved private amenities with cabins could have TV's on a bracket for optimum use.

Each site has its own ensuite which was nice. Our neighbours were very noisy but not the parks fault! Nice for an overnight stay that's for sure.

Very tight and small sites, not many tourist sites. NOT for big rigs. Ensuite sites only. $50 a night for 2A and 2C.

Great park with friendly staff, on suite sites are great. The on-site residents are friendly and give good advice on local spots to visit. Some also share their favourite fishing spots.

Zero stars. Filthy place. Derelict ride owners. Very pricey. The other caravan park is way nicer! Old. Dirty. Will not stay again!

We didn't stay at this beautiful clean looking park, we went to check it out for a later time, to be honest we wish we had gone there the were we are now much more tidier than were we are now. It's not that far from the shops or the Ardrossan Jetty.

Very nice cabin and ensuite. Clean and comfortable. Steps not real safe.shame all else good. Host a bit snooty. Reasons for not going back.

I'm afraid this place needs a lot of TLC. We had a powered site which was squeezed amongst permanents in a triangular shape. There was no room for both awning and car to be parked alongside our caravan. We were parked on fine shell grit, which when windy was like a dust bowl. There is only ensuite sites available, which sounds good, but they are so out dated and in need of maintenance and repair. The water pressure in the shower was not great, and there was rust along the bottom of the shower. The sink was crazed in the bathroom vanity, which had tiles broken and falling off.
The tennis court was beyond repair, with bark chips piled up to cover it. We stayed away all day and returned only to sleep. Their brochure says it is currently the peninsula's highest rating Cabin and Ensuite accommodation. That might have been the case 30 years ago but certainly not now. It is not value for money, being charged $38 per night, and was the dearest park we had stayed in for the week we spent exploring the Yorke Peninsula. We were very disappointed with this place.

Friendly management, enjoyed the clean, quiet park, swimming pool and caravan en-suite facilities were great. Would not hesitate coming back here.

An unusual caravan Park. Every site has an ensuite and feels private owing to the layout of the park.

No wifi signal at all.the air conditioner is old and noisy. Kitchen is inconvenient particularly the cooker.lacking of the kitchen stuff for example no dis-washing sponge. They asked you to clean the room perfectly or charged you cleaning fee.

Always love visiting the Highway holiday village! Staff are amazing and are very inviting. The family and I had a great stay and will continue to come back each time we're looking for a holiday in ardrossan. Thanks for the stay we look forward to returning in the future! Such a great caravan park.

Big cabins with a shower you can fit into. Nice big TV. Well stocked kitchen with a cooktop that actually works. Pool to use in summer. Friendly host.

It is very beautiful but the toilets have so short showers and the shower heads are so small and no water pressure unless you turn on the cold water but then it isn't hot.
But it is good

Deb was lovely nothing was to much trouble cabin clean and tidy swimming pool fantastic we enjoyed our stay will visit again if you are over that way it truly is worthwhile to checkin and stay a while

Great park, neat & clean, cheery & very helpful park managers in Deb & Mark. The park boasts a few family cabins, ensuite powered sites, a bbq area, terrific pool surrounded by nice neat lawns, a very relaxing place
