Had trouble deciding between 2 and 3 stars, very hit and miss whether through uber or direct.lately been more miss than hit.

Update: 4th visit, chips extremely over cooked, parmy style packs dropped in size.

The owner, I think his name is Andrew needs to get a grip. You don’t walk out after a customer, argue with them and then try to smash the window of their car with a fist. He has no clue how to deal with the public. I think he was drunk. Avoid this place. I have camera footage from my car BlackVue. Happy to share if I have to prove what happened.

As a customer, it is never acceptable to be treated with rudeness and aggression by a business owner.

It is extremely concerning that the owner followed me and punched my window. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and is a clear indication of a lack of professionalism and respect for customers.

Furthermore, the food at the shop may be good, but the terrible customer service and hostile behavior of the owner greatly diminishes any positive aspect of the business.

I would highly advise any potential customers to stay far away from this establishment. The owner's aggressive and threatening behavior should be a red flag for anyone considering visiting this shop. There are plenty of other small chicken shops in South Australia that prioritize customer satisfaction and safety, and it is not worth risking your well-being to visit this one.

In conclusion, this chicken shop, unfortunately, fails to meet the basic standards of customer service and I cannot recommend it to anyone. The owner's behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. It is important to support businesses that treat their customers with respect and provide a safe and enjoyable experience.

Very friendly staff and order was taken and completed with efficiency. Shop is set up as strictly takeaway with no seating to eat. The shopping centre is strictly utilitarian

Great food, but you'll pay a lot for it. A little less "I'm the hell outta here" attitude from staff approaching closing time would be good, I don't enjoy being mopped around with 30 minutes until closing time.

Nice chicken dishes. You can get 2 soft drink cans for $3.50 (all varieties) and they're ice cold. I like that.

Omg these chips are delicious! Super crunchy and salty. One of if not the best takeaway chips I have tried. Their steak sandwich is also very nice and flavourful

Best chips in the gawler area by far always good service and Andrew and his team takes great pride in making sure the shop is clean and oils changed regularly and this shows in the quality of the food my wife says I hard to please lol so if I say it's good it's good i live near Evanston and drive past 3 other shops to get here and would highly recommend to anyone

Brought a whole chicken and seems was boiled rather than roasted.first time customer and extremely disappointed.
Coles or woollies far better roast chicken and cheaper.

Hot chips were nice but my combo AB pack was unfortunately the worst I've ever had, my son didn't like his double cheese burger but my my wife said her 1/4 chicken pack was ok. Closest takeaway to where we've just moved to but will be checking out the alternatives for future weekly takeout nights.

Been there before never has an issue but the last time my order was short. They are very friendly people good service.

Fantastic lunch special! Hamburgers and yiros were cooked perfectly today. Service was amazing too. Always leave with a smile on my face when I leave this place. Keep up the good work guys! ️

Great service! Fresh and delicious food. Staff are so friendly and create a great atmosphere. The chips are the best I’ve tasted and the schnitzels are huge and tasty, especially with the delicious gravy. Will definitely keep coming back.

I’m not a person to usually leave a review however the service I just received really brightened my day. The environment felt uplifting and the bubbly and efficient attitude made the service really stand out. Hats off to both workers today, the food is fantastic to match the service.

Got introduced to this place by a workmate.glad he did! It's yummy food, servings are really big for the price, also a really good atmosphere when the tunes are cranking the guys are singing. My only complaint is the food is too good! Don't have self control when it comes to this place: D

Kimberly Harrison you have got no idea. Your request has been reviewed and audio played. You did not request a wing or leg. I was in the shop at the time of your order. Our food came out at the same time and was perfect, I seen your post then I have asked the owner he confirmed he offered a refund or exchange to meet your expectations however you were so rude on the that is also on video and audio then you want to type on here, say no more‍️

Wouldn't even give it a 1 worst food ever the chicken was bearly cooked the chips taste stale n cold. Asked for a wing got a leg.they couldn't even get dim sim right they were cold n soggy no church what so ever. Chicken snitty burger was disgusting. Rang to complain the owner was so rude n defensive. They use to be really good but they suck now. They just slap cheap n nasty products together n serve it up. What a joke
