This was by far the best wine tasting experience we’ve had. Our host Sophie was outstanding. Her knowledge was exceptional and she was an absolute delight. They’ve thought of everything. The kids were met with snacks, drinks and coloring in, so the adults could focus on the tasting. Every drop was divine, and perfectly paired snacks were brought throughout our tasting to compliment the wines. Thank you for the wonderful morning, we look forward to coming back on our next visit to the Barossa.

From the moment we walked in it was WOW, WOW, WOW. Beautiful grounds and gardens surrounded by heritage stone buildings and a very warm welcome from Sophie who invited us in with a huge smile and proceeded to show us around the old Hentley family cottage. The ambience of the tasting rooms was warm & inviting and the smell and warmth of the open fire was fantastic. What followed was impeccable service from Ingrid who was knowledgeable on the wines and local attractions. We also met Ashley the manager who was extremely professional and friendly. Although we had only just met, it felt like meeting old friends as that was how we were made to feel. This would have to be our best wine tasting experience ever. 12 out of 10.
Thank you all for making us feel so welcome. The wine was excellent particularly with the nibbles so kindly provided as complimentary. Very highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful time at Hentley Farm. This would have to be the best tasting experience we've ever had (and we've had a few!). The beautiful cottage / cellar door was the perfect location to sample some outstanding wines beside a cosy fire. Our host Ashley was immaculately dressed and displayed obvious pride and passion in Hentley Farm. Well done Ashley, you are a wonderful ambassador for the business. Our palates were split between the Beauty and the Beast so we just had to buy both! Learning the story behind the vineyard was a real highlight and we can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended.

Absolutely blowen away with the service that we received. Eleanor was very knowledgeable and gave gold star service. We have never had an experience like we did at Hentley Farm. We enjoyed the tasting platters that much that she gave us the name of the bakery where they get their cheese bread from which is local in Tanunda. The one on one experience made us feel special and we will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family.

Absolutely fabulous tasting experience. Meticulous attention to detail and wonderful service. Lovely wines and a truly unique experience. A stand out tasting experience that trumps any other we’ve had so far. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the region.

Long lunch is stunning. Along with the amazing wine that includes some from overseas in France, perfectly paired with the delicious food.

Our group of 6 were blown away by this gorgeous setting. A very slick and special wine tasting experience in a beautifully restored old building. Staff were excellent, wine was amazing - highly recommend.

Outstanding wine tasting and dining experience here. Incredible menu innovation and some really delightful wines to be sampled. Probably the number one dining experience I’ve had anywhere in Australia. Sublime way to spend an afternoon in the vines.

Beautiful seating outside to taste wines looking over the garden. Best wines we had in the Barossa and very thoughtful and well executed tasting experience. Definitely want to try the dining experience next time!

An amazing winery experience in a beautiful 1800s homestead. The ladies were so accomodating and delivered the best homestead. Offered us a beautiful seat next to the fire to enjoy their delicious wine and a beautiful bread platter! If your in the Barossa you cannot miss this winery

What a brilliant winery. David was our server and was super knowledgeable and fun. The wine offerings were excellent as well they are able to offer cheese and crackers to nibble on. Recommend the the Museum Tasting.

What a sensational experience at Henley Farms today. My wife and I dropped in with our two young kids for a tasting and were met by the delightful Ingrid who made us feel at home, provided games, drinks and colouring books for the kiddies, and talked us through their fantastic wines. We opted for the luxury tasting which included their premium wines, as we purchased a couple of bottles each, the tasting was complimentary. They accommodated a tasting outdoors so the kids could go free range whilst we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the wonderful weather. Thanks also to Ash, who was also very knowledgeable and helped us ship our order at a later date to ensure our wines arrived when our travels finish. A great winery with lovely, welcoming staff, beautiful grounds and outstanding wine.
