Henley Square Foodland

I had one item today - was going thru the fast checkouts - another lady was in front of me who WAS ABOUT TO PUT HER GROCERIES on the rear checkout so I walked past here only to to by the grabby old lady on the other checkout - she was here first - true - she was putting hers items on the other checkout and I had only 1 item and was told to wait - you just lost a weekly customer.

Most impressive and clean supermarket I been to. That said, the only reason I travel there is for the cold salad bar. For a single guy, time constrained and trying to eat healthy, this is perfect. The salads are fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. The lady who makes them in the back deserves a pay rise.

This supermarket is so good. I had the best time shopping and it has a sick little bakery section with amazing Vegemite scrolls. Highly recommend it was great

Ask for diced lamb and it was like I asked the guy serving me to part the Red Sea. If serving customer is too much of a hassle dont run a supermarket

Products and variety are good however the customer service is non existent. The butcher next door however is incredible and they have the best products and service.

A very friendly run supermarket, daily fresh Bakery, delicious hot packs of chicken and vegetables and rice. My 7 year old daughter loves the service there.

Great variety of food, the food could be fresher but still is fresher and then coles and Woolworths, service is great.

I bought some tomatoes and they charged me for the wrong tomatoes all the girl had to say was sorry about that and didn’t refund the difference

What's happened to the 'market day specials'? They haven't been on for months now.

Mostly it is like any other foodland, but they have a nicer than usual selection in their deli. The ladies at the deli counter are also very friendly.

Foodland was the best. As a foodie I am passionate about food and therefore foodland is my FAVOURITE PLACE! The staff are so enthusiastic it reminds me of when I was a child working in my pretend shop. They have such a wide variety of foods they even stock my favourite marshmallows and exotic fruits for when I feel a bit kinky ;)

Very difficult finding the way in, roadworks everywhere, not signposted adequately to give you a hint, frustrating, ok once you get there

Would be nice if they put food products that say keep refrigerated in the fridge section and not just on normal shelf …. So when I give them for Xmas presents they are green with mould upon person opening. Spoke to manager (Claudio) who then seemed to think I had not bought as many as I stated and only would refund half of what I actually had purchased as had not kept receipts Somehow ended up feeling I did something wrong when they were breaking health and safety. Just amazing You’d think they would be humbled and offer to compensate. But nah

The bakery staff need a lesson in ‘customer service’ very poor communication skills especially the young female manager

Every time I find allergenic foods here, that I can eat, they discontinue them? ! I've spoken with staff several times, but if they not huge seller they won't stock anymore? They've just removed all the back fridges & freezers with Gluten Free & other allergenic foods! Not happy! Hoping it's going to be updated like all the other Foodlands? But why do they advertise as "the Mighty South Aussie Store" then go & put American voice-overs at the self-serve checkouts?

Consistently good, helpful service. Some prices may be a little higher than competitors, but I'll pay for quality and convenience.

Great staff and can pack my bags very well. Will come again but I want good croissants. The orange juice is great.

Well run store that's clean and very tidy. Shelves are well stocked and the staff are friendly. Come here to get bargains like the half priced Fruchoc Hot Cross buns that I bought.

Awesome supermarket. It's always been clean when I've visited. They have a plentiful range of products, I've been here about 10 times now and every time I find something new that I've never tried before. Vili's donuts are sold here and they are the best! Plenty of off street parking and very easy to get to. Definitely recommend.
