Oh my goodness, let me tell you about my experience at Hello Sarnie Cafe! As someone with gluten intolerance, it can be quite a challenge to find a place that caters to my dietary needs without sacrificing flavor. But this cafe absolutely nailed it!

Their menu boasts an impressive selection of gluten-free options that are both delicious and satisfying. From mouth-watering sandwiches to delectable pastries, I couldn't believe how much variety they had to offer.

And the best part? The quality of the food was absolutely top-notch. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and I didn't feel like I was missing out on anything despite my dietary restrictions.

If you're someone who struggles to find great food choices due to gluten intolerance, I cannot recommend Hello Sarnie Cafe enough. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

When the first one opened on Hindmarsh Square I remarked how much I loved Prêt à Manger in England and how similar Hello Sarnie is. Low and behold the guys who own it know Prêt and have done a sterling job of bringing a bit of London to Adelaide.

Can’t review the coffee, never had one, can tell you the salads are super fresh, made on the day and the sarnies are packed with delicious ingredients. Service is great, for impatient folk there’s even an app on which you can order ahead.

Good job guys, please open one nearer me!

For convenience in location, I’ve given this little place many many chances to impress me. Unfortunately it hasn’t. The coffees always taste burnt and the pre-packed food doesn’t always taste freshly made. Sadly it’s not worth the wait in peak times for me. The frappes are consistently watery and barely can taste the coffee.
