HELLO INDO

One of the good Indonesia food in CBD area. Hard to fine the car park during the day time. I ordered theirs signature dish and love it. I prefer chili to be less oily and more spicy will be great. Staffs are friendly and I feel like I am in Indonesia again. Definitely will go back there to enjoy.

Hi Hello Indo, i just want to say thank you so much to cook Indonesian food in Adelaide and i really want to share for everyone who read this review as a honest by me.

I have been regular to Hello Indo since i arrived at Adelaide and the taste of the food is very authentic Indonesian cuisine.

I have tried Ayam Penyet, Dendeng Batokok, Batagor and also the special Longtong Sayur and Nasi Padang it was so authentic, i love it so much.

I can tell she is a very creative and a good chef to cook Indonesian food to make us who miss our home country food, cause she always make special of the week for make hers customer feel like home and can taste many variety.

The thing that surprised me was the taste and flavour never change and always consistent. Love you so much Hello Indo always make me feel satisfied.

I do highly recommend who miss Indonesian food must come and try, it will make you satisfied, and also very friendly of customer service.

I had some duck and chicken; however, there was a lack of seasoning, and the menu was very minimal. The items mentioned were not available. Additionally, please be aware that there is an extra 10% charge on the menu price for card payments.

Only few Indonesian restaurant here in Adelaide, this restaurant consider as the most authentic one that i ever try in Australia.the chilli paste and the spices hit the satisfy level.every weekend they have some diffrent menu are so impresive.i can tell some of the restaurant in Indonesia not even have a sambal as good as this.this specific traditional type of Indonesian food worth a try!

A hidden place under new built apartments. The chilli sauce is amazing! Not overly spicey & has a wonderful aroma of lemongrass. Crispy chicken Maryland was delicious but a tad dry from the deep frying. Lemon rice was different, mix of lemon tang in coconut cream. Not much veg options. A bit pricey for what it is, & self service style cafe unlicensed restaurant it is. Would try the fish dishes next time. Will be back.

Had an amazing authenthic indonesian style dinner “Liwetan” at Hello Indo. The food, sambal, service is 10/10 and easy to find parking surrounding the area. Thank you Theresia for accommodating our group dinner! Looking forward to come back!

Love this place, very friendly staff and they serve delicious traditional Indonesian dishes. Would recommend anyone to give it a go. I’m sure I will be going back for more.

I keep coming back to Hello Indo ever since my friend introduced this restaurant to me? I reckon they serve the most delicious and authentic sambal. The food and service is exceptional

I got my dinner delivered and it was disappointing. Ayam penyey was good and spicy. This is pretty nice. However the corn fritters are difficult to chew, the edges are very hard. Lamb stew was using a very lean part. Lime rice is flavourless and dry… Portions are small too.

After visiting this venue a few times, I had to upgrade my rating to 5 stars since I find the food in the menu generally really good.

My husband and I have lunch yesterday order soto Madura + potato cake and dendeng betokok+ corn fritter
Dendeng betoko is cold and bakwan style, not fresh just reheated. When we back to hotel I started vomiting until next day still not right can't eating anything stay in hotel room because we need flight back home

Wonderful food and friendly people! Our first time trying Indo food and they were very helpful with options and spice levels. Glad we over ordered as we finished everything that got placed in front of us! Highly recommend!

Good food, service and staff accommodate to your needs. The spices they use for their dishes must be the best part and a must try

Very friendly and enthusiastic staff. The food came out quick.

The spice level is pretty high but the staff so warn you. Overall we are very happy with the food.
The menu is very different to what you see elsewhere so be prepared to try something new.

Super Delicious everything tastes home made. Had the chicken soup special and the crispy duck, plus stuffed tofu skins for entree. Everything outstanding. Looking forward to my next visit

Read reviews before ordering from here - and yes - DELICIOUS! Right amount of spice, authentic. The Ayam Penyet and Cumi Cabai Hijau was so good. Only feedback would be that the portions are rather small, and the chilli that comes with the dishes - too little. Had to buy additional chilli paste/shrimp chilli costing $2.50. That was a bit much. Otherwise.highly recommend

Great authentic Indonesia food, good and friendly customer service. Been here twice and definitely love their foods. Fully recommended and will come back again shortly.
