Hello Adelaide Motel + Apartments

I stayed here a couple weeks ago, it was a very relaxing stay. With well kept rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money.

Nice place to stay for the price. Very clean well equipped, but not as well laid out as it could be. But hey if you want perfection then pay for it and stay at the Ritz!

Excellent stay at Hello Adelaide Motel. The manager and staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is great, just out of the city and easy to get around. Our apartment was very clean and spacious. It really was very good value for money.

We always stay here because it’s clean n quiet, safe and familiar. Important when attending medical appointments in Adelaide with my accompanying adult family member who has Autism. Seperate rooms are a bonus for both adult privacy, the kitchen is fully equipped and Arkaba Shopping Centre is only a few minutes walk or drive down the road. City is less than 10 minutes and to return home were close to the SE Freeway. They book out quick and have restrictions on minimum nights when events are on in Adelaide so booking ahead is essential. We have stayed upstairs and downstairs in similar layout rooms, always as comfortable stay Thankyou Ben and Family.

Refuse to honour our booking via Bookings dot com. Tried to say the credit card wouldn't work, yet we are using it for all other bookings? Would not answer calls for direct payment. Avoid at all costs.

We had a downstairs executive apartment. It was a nice area with enough beds that were comfortable. Everything was very clean and fresh. It had a dripping tap over the sink in the kitchen area. Nice hot water, chairs around the table could have been nicer not just metal stools. It also lacked a plug in the bathroom for the basin. But overall a great motel handy to restaurants and takeaway and close enough to the RAH which we needed to access.

I booked the budget twin share room for my recent trip to Adelaide. Just prior to arrival I received a text message with instructions on my contactless check in details. This was easy to follow and very clearly explained. My room was very clean and as described on their website. Bed was comfortable and I had all the essential amenities such as free wifi, a mini fridge, microwave, tv, kettle, small dining table and chairs and a heater. The bathroom which features a toilet and shower was spotless. All in all I was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Great location and highly recommended for those on a budget and stopping over for a short visit.

I feel it very good because we family have a wonderful, relax time within in 2018. It's the best moment when the sunlight through the small window touching the cooking table.
This place is quiet, safe, clean, not expensive (at that time). We didn't need service, so not sure how about its service.

Great budget accommodation. Very good value and super comfortable. Loved the ease of booking and attention to detail - very nice bath towels and linen plus excellent well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Great location just a few minutes drive to CBD.

Myself my partner and our 2 children travel regularly to Adelaide to visit family. We booked this motel. I am so happy with our stay there is not one thing I could fault, affordable rates outstanding rooms, we were in room 10 up stairs, not once during the covid have I been to a motel and had both a hand sanitiser and a spray.
The room was sooo beautiful and clean. Great space. Beds super comfortable. I can not fault this motel at all! This will be my go to stay everytime we travel. Thank you ben and your family from hello adelaide motel /apartments for your great facilities!

Excuse me I was not moved on, I chose to leave as your "questionable" actions made me feel that uncomfortable i had no choice.
Did anything happen? No
Did i damage the room? No
Maybe you should of talked to me like a human and addressed these "issues" before busting into my room and acting like an a#! Hole on a power trip.
And greedily stealing my money that i prepaid, any decent person would. Anyway consumer affairs have my back and get my money back

LuLu the cleaner was excellent. Friendly and helpful. And kept the room perfectly clean. These apartments need an upgrade.

A gorgeous piece of Adelaide with a whole lotta heart. The building and rooms are dated, yes, but they're very honest and upfront about this. Everything from the homely touches (like the complimentary port and whiskey, and ear plugs next to the bed) shows they've put a lot of thought into the place. The close proximity to shops (seriously, Frewville Foodland is THE destination) and the city were a plus. I stayed here for two nights and it met all my needs. All in all, a no-fuss, unpretentious, well-appointed place with lots of heart and so much promise.

A great place to base yourself to explore Adelaide and the surrounding area. Get yourself a Metro card and walk outside and catch the bus into the heart of the CBD then the whole city and sights are easy to get to, then when you are done you days exploring the bus stops right outside. Great rates and Lulu the overworked cleaner will look for you. Lulu you are an absolute legend.

Great location, friendly staff and large, comfortable rooms. We had a pleasant, peaceful stay and felt welcomed and well looked after. We will be back!

We booked 4 apartments for a wedding party.rooms were all clean and tidy. The rooms were all large with plenty of room.

Convenient location close to the city. Walking distance to some nice Restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here during my recent working trip to Adelaide. The apartment had everything I required for the two weeks I was there. I was able to prepare my own meals which helped keep costs down. There was an amazing supermarket just down the road which has won lots of awards and a pretty coffee shop attached. Public transport was out the front of the establishment which made it easy to catch the bus in and out of the city everyday for work. Staff were friendly and the apartment was regularly serviced.
