I have been wearing Hearing Aids for the past 10 years. Two years ago I moved to Hearing Aid Specialist Ingle Farm / Northpark - Adelaide, upon recommendations from my friends.

Well how delightfully surprised I was at the very professional and caring environment that all the staff offer. Both the Customer Service Officers and Audiometrists were very understanding to my needs and requirements. I received a full hearing assessment and the Audiometrist took the time to discuss the results in detail making a recommendation as to my hearing loss and my lifestyle requirements.

The back-up service provided has been exceptional; whatever the issue maybe, there is always a friendly helping hand available.
The staff are genuinely interested in getting the best result for you.

I brought my mum in to see Sara and she really didn’t want to come in and get hearing aids.
Sara was very patient and caring. My mum went away feeling much more comfortable and commented Sara was wonderful and explained everything when fitting her hearing aids.
