I hadn’t been to Hypnotherapy before and had no idea how it worked.
I have social anxiety and didn’t know if it would work for me but Tony explained everything, so I had a good understanding of what was going on.
He asked me to describe the problem in a few words and then describe how I would be after it worked.
He used my words when he Hypnotised me and relaxing music played in the background. It all seemed so simple.
It took a couple of sessions and I now feel so much better with my renewed confidence.
Tony gave me a Hypnotherapy recording to take home which I listen to each night, and it also helps me to relax and go to sleep easily.
The sessions worked so well I will be going back again in a couple of weeks to get some help with something else.
I wasn't sure about counselling but I had some things to sort out and after a couple of sessions I had what I wanted. Counselling worked for me. Can recommend this service.
Both Jane and Tony from Health Energy and Balance are friendly and make you feel at home. It is a safe environment with a positive and cosy atmosphere.
