The reception staff are wonderful and very helpful. All the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. The atmosphere makes visiting an easy and comfortable experience

Had a lovely experience today.
I was a bit nervous about seeing a new doctor, but Dr Pisaniello was so lovely.
The girls at these reception desk were very welcoming.

Great staff, great doctors and just a great all-round family friendly practice! Highly recommend the quality of care the clinical staff and practice provide and strive to achieve.

I found Dr Au to be a very professional and competent doctor. I needed my ear syringed out and after one failed attempt because there was too much wax he successfully cleared my ear in a matter of a couple of minutes. So far, all the staff I have spoken to at Health At Dulwich have been very kind people. The secretaries have been great and the doctors too. I definitely recommend this practice.

Admin staff are respectful and extremely helpful. All doctors are well informed across the areas of general practice and the surgery is in a very convenient location. Highly recommend!

Booked my appointment days in advance to see a Doctor. Turned up on time and reported to admin staff - was told to take a seat. After waiting for about 10 minutes, another gentlemen checked in and also took a seat. A few minutes later the Doctor I had booked to see, called the other gentlemen for his consult. After some time had passed, his consult had finished and the doctor went back into the room. I sat and waited until 45 minutes had past since my appointment time. I went and told the admin staff I needed to leave as I had to pick up my daughter from school. Their response was "oh hasn't the doctor seen you yet? " During my 45 minutes of sitting, the particular doctor had only seen that one other gentlemen and the practice had been very quite. Very poor service and communication.

I was not planning on attending again however the practice managed called me the day after the incident to apologise about the incident. She said that the staff had been spoken to and that procedures had been put into place so that this would not occur again. I appreciated the call. Still considering whether to try again.
