Very disappointing! Staff may individually be competent but they are poorly managed. There is no continuity of care, managers are an information black hole not passing on or actioning things they say they will or have and providing inaccurate information back. Constantly had to chase up everything myself as they can't be trusted to follow through. It has led to poor outcomes for my aged relative.
