Hazelwood Park Reserve reviews
21 Great park to take kids or dogs. Lots of climbing equipment, slides, flying foxes at the playground, but it's not fenced. Toilets across the park, just a short walk from the playground. Shallow creek and swimming pool in summer.
It got quite busy by 1030am but still easy to find a park.
Huge park just off Greenhill Rd. Swimming pool roughly in the middle and and excellent playground on the northern side
Very disappointed that you decided to close the spa and steam room area, I used to love going for a swim and spa/ steam room after and now I will go elsewhere, hopefully one day those great facilities will open again
It is a beautiful relaxing place.various rides.
Swimming pool. Broad forest.
Walking with dogs and children. Great for picnics.
One of the more beautiful parks in the metro area. Absolutely enormous stunning trees. Can't stress enough how gorgeous these trees are.
For a peaceful park and pleasant scenery it's great, but the weird creepy ladies (?) Watching every move you make is a little too Stephen King.
Beautiful park plenty of shade for walking, good playground for young kids, and a great swimming centre if a bit expensive and of course a Cafe where you can get coffee or icecream
This is a dense forest park. There are wide lawns, large playgrounds, open-air public swimming pools. The first Creek passes through the forest and grassland, forming a pond where many ducks live. There are many parking spaces around. It has beautiful scenery and is suitable for leisure, sports and parties etc.
Very large park with lots of space, shade trees, picnic tables, barbecues, ablutions and other facilities. Has nice green lawns all year round.
This land was given to Burnside by an early settler family and fortunately it has been maintained for the enjoyment of residents and visitors. Age old gums have been preserved providing much needed shade and grass has been nurtured and tended to all year with the public swimming pool sitting to the far side of this reserve. Many work places hold their staff end of year gatherings here.
My kid live this place.so this is his review more than mine. Couple of slides.flyyi g fox the usual. Plenty of seating for adults to read and stuff.
Beautiful park in the Burnside Council area. Has a pool, playground, BBQs and large lawns for walking the dog/taking a walk/picnic/chilling.
Totally recommend for people seeking nature amidst the busy suburbian life.
Fabo enormous Park with full range of facilities and huge open spaces. Fully equipped large outdoor adventure playground for kids. Burnside pool. In the centre open during warmer months. Creek, ducks and lots of areas for dogs to explore. BBQ and parking easily accessible. Gorgeous.
A nice place but too many dogs that leave their results of life on the grass. Dogs owners are doing something with their mobile phones or speaking to each other and do not monitor the dogs. So sometimes your stroll looks like a walking on a minefield.
Great reserve with everything you need for a family day out. BBQ, playground, pool, lots of shade and multiple seating opportunities.
Well I'm visiting my sister who lives just down the road. But yes I know this place and enjoy it occasionally. ️
What a lovely park.beautiful old trees.beautifully looked after.great amenities.very well stocked cafe.lovely park.
This is one of the favorite park located near by my house. It is small and good enough to be there for the exercise. The public toilet is one of the key benefit.
A beautifully awesome, and spacious park/reserve. Ideal for dog-walkers, those with kids. A good picnic spot! Highly recommend it!
